If you are needing service for a Dodge or Ram look elsewhere. I had my Ram 3500 in for transmission work. I was promised 3-5 days. I told the service rep I needed it back before Friday due to a snow storm forecast for Friday and Saturday. I was told I would have it back by Thursday. Thursday came and went. No truck. Friday came and I was told it would be ready later. Later came and then if was 5:00. Cathy told me the technician explained the trans only needed to be programmed. But he had to go home. I wasn tojd it would only take a couple of hours to finish and it would be done first thing in the morning. At this point it is snowing. Overnight we got anywhere from 3-8 inches of snow and I could not service my customers. My truck was finally returned to me after 2:00 on. Transmission still slipped and fuel pump not working. Got more snow on Monday MLK Day and I still could not service all my customers due to trans still slipping. To top it off the service tech failed to secure the battery connection and I lost power twice and nearly crashed my truck. Was told by one manager vthat yes the dealership dropped the ball but they did nothing to help.. Meanwhile I gave lost over 9,000.00 because of this service department. I finally got my truck back today. My service advisor Cathy Note on was Greasethe sideonly ofonevthat trucktried to help and seemed to give a dam as well as on interior of truck. Run don't all to another dealership. Now the service Manager Gary Long just called and told me to take my "rusted out piece of junk to another dealership.

Terrible sales manager @ “Certified Used” building
by Shaun from Ashland, OH | November 02, 2019

Sales manager Jacob at the Certified Used building was very rude. He promised me an offer in writing and when I arrived to test drive the truck, he came out and interupted the conversation I was having with salesman Ravi. He proceeded to go on a rant that my truck was rusted out and nothing like I said (which it is not and I sent the pictures to prove it...wish I could post pictures here) Either way, he basically degraded my truck in front of my family and was a complete jerk for no reason. Even my 10 year old son was shocked at his response and said “that guy was mean and very rude”...yes, a 10 year old witnessed a so called professional sales manager “meltdown”. I stood there in awe and politely said “whatever bud” and walked away. I have talked to many dealerships in the past and you meet jerks occasionally...but this guy topped them all. I actually texted the salesman Ravi after I left and suggested he should go work for another dealership because his boss is costing him valuable sales. My business and everyone else I talk to will go somewhere else. My advice: Stay away from this “certified used” dealership and go somewhere else. Pay attention to other negative reviews pointing out similar experience...I wouldnt have wasted my a 1/2 day vacation and an hour drive if i knew this is how there integrity is.

    STAY AWAY!!!
by Will from Ohio | June 08, 2019

I inquired about a New Ram 1500 lease over the phone as i live an hour away from the dealer. I expressed that i would not be able to make it to the dealership until the following week. The finance manager asked for $500 to "hold" the truck we were discussing until i could come down so, I reluctantly in a knee jerk reaction in fear of losing the deal provided my credit card information and they charged me $500. In the meantime i was offered a better deal and leased a new Ram from a different dealership. I contacted Brunswick Auto Mart and asked for a refund. I was told the payment was non refundable. Keep in mind that this transaction took place over the phone. There was no meeting of minds, I never stepped foot in the dealership, I never signed anything. At the time of this writing. I have not received a receipt nor literature stating company policy about refunds. The only proof i have is the transaction listed on my bank statement. I spoke with every manager in the dealership just shy of the owners. They would not provide a refund but instead suggested that the $500 could be used toward a sale or parts, but only for 12 months.I felt that this was a strong arm tactic to get me to do business involuntary. They even went as far to suggest i send a friend or family member down and the $500 would be applied to a deal with whomever I refer! Outrageous!

    New Car Purchase
by John Pfoh from Broadview Heights, Ohio | September 11, 2018

After 2 years of service at Brunswick Auto Mart it was time to replace our 2012 Toy Sienna. I was guided through the process by Dominic Diliberto. He made the time available for me prior to the official opening of the sales department and met with me again for test drives. We bought a 2018 Toy Sienna XLE. He made sure the car was ready to go and had been prepped to our expectations. The deal was signed and delivered by Teri Mateo the Sales Manager. We received a great offer for our trade and were shown several ways to finance the deal. She is one of the best informed Sales Managers I've dealt with in 50 years of buying cars. Brunswick Auto Mart is a top notch auto dealership! Looking forward to working with Rich in service for the life of this new car.

by Bob from Cleveland, Ohio | June 12, 2018

Financing was a scam. Told finance manager not to run credit inquiry more than once . They ran it 4 times! Affects your credit score!!! Asked why and got no where. AVOID!!

    Easiest new car shopping experience
by Dave from North Royalton | April 07, 2018

It was the easiest new car shopping experience I've ever had. The process went smoothly, no pressure, no stress and all of our questions were answered. Our salesman (Kevin) was a pleasure to work with and he knew his product, too!

    Subaru Oil change

Good job by all, however cashiers seemed a bit unfriendly. Getting to this website for the review was not as straightforward as it should be.
