The salesman I worked with made me wonder if he had ever made a successful sale with a woman customer. Everything I said he laughed at and repeated with the addition of "she says..." Although I was the buyer, he only seemed to take my boyfriend seriously. The icing on the cake was when he openly laughed at my budget for payments.

by KD from Mayetta,K.S. | March 11, 2017I came in first thing Monday morning looking for a car to get to work in..it took a little over an hour to be approved..they found a car for me at a great price and that covered all my needs and quite a few of my wants and even one or two goodies I hadn't even thought of. Their service was friendly and genedouse..I even got a full tank of gas and a car wash and my salesman is paying for my first oil change too when it comes time. They will take me to York when I drop off the car and pick me up at the end of the day..you just can't beat that for service. There is no penalty for early pay offs on the loan and the roadside assistance and series radio is wonderful. Thanks Brandon..you and your finance manager took great care of me..Im now working and back on track. !!!

My husband and I arrived and were promptly greeted by Cedric Bryant. Cedric was friendly and patient - because of our pre-approval the process took considerably much longer than normal. He and TJ stuck with us through the whole process. When we realized the bank that gave us the pre-approval was giving us the run around, we had Briggs finance department help us with the financing instead. At that point I wished that was what we had done to begin with, the approval process was quick, and we were signed and out the door quickly. They all were understanding when we had to leave to pick up our children from school and come back to finish the process. I would absolutely recommend these guys. This is our second vehicle purchased with the Briggs auto group and feel confident that we will come back to them to purchase in the future.

In April of 2016 I bought a brand new Kia Forte EX with a'll the bells and whistles. Unfortunately, in mid June I was involved in an accident (other drivers fault) in which my new car was totalled. Briggs Kia didn't have any other Kia Forte EX with the same options left on their lot, within 24 hours they found me the exact same Forte EX as I bought in April but in silver instead of red as I asked for a different color this time around. It was at a Kia Dealership in Independence, MO and they had the car shipped to Topeka, cleaned and detailed at no extra cost to me, and ready when the insurance company paid off my totaled car. The whole process only took 5 days and that's because I had to wait on the insurance company to take care of their end of the deal. Johnny Pittman has been my salesman since the first time I purchased a vehicle from Briggs Kia and I still continue to use him as he always gets me the deal I want and never pressures me to buy anything other than what I want. Even with all his other customers he goes above and beyond to help me out whenever I need it. I love Briggs Kia service department too. They have great prices on their service and they are very thorough in fixing everything that needs fixed in a very timely manner. Plus, they never push services or repairs that you don't need in order to make an extra buck like a lot of shops do. My car always looks exactly as clean after they do service as it did before I took it in. No finger prints or grease smudges on the hood where they touched it to close the hood. No dirty seat where the mechanic sat to pull it in the shop, because they take the proper precautions to insure your vehicle stays clean throughout the entire service process. And that's why I won't go anywhere else for my vehicle needs
