    This was our 3rd purchase but our 1st preowned car. We were treated very respectfully, but wrong paperwork was signed and resigned multiple times. Forgotten paperwork was sent up to 20 days later. Plus they misplaced my down payment check. The car was great and I am pleased, but this was a disorganized mess at best. It was completely unlike our previous 2 dealings with them. I have been very frustrated and dissatisfied with this last experience.

    This was our second lease with Briggs. They allowed us to terminate our original lease early. Salesman Joshua Kennedy worked hard with the management team to get us a lease that fit our budget in the car we wanted, a Kia Sportage. While you always want to spend less, we left satisfied with the agreement.

    My buying process at Briggs Kia was the best experience I ever had in 50 years. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicles. Briggs Kia has a great group of people working hard to make your visit and buying experience a great one. I got a great deal on my new Kia Soul. Highly recommend you give them a chance to take care of you also.

    I went into this process a bit uneasy but immediately Erica made me feel comfortable asking my questions. Then, my actual first visit into the dealership, Chris Patterson greeted me at the door and walked me through the process. Chris made me very comfortable and was very easy to talk to about my concerns. Chris was very quick at getting the car I was looking for. I LOVE my car so far and while I was uneasy about the whole process; Erica, Tyler, Chris and Justin made this entire process easy and straight forward. I would highly recommend talking to these people if you are interested in a car. I know I will be contacting them again...when the time is right :)

    Bought a new Kia Soul Turbo

    I thought Cedric my salesman was great! I don't think I did a good job in price negotiations though, but I love the car. The Sales Managr attitude just about lost the sale. I really wanted to walk away. Husband did not want to do busn in KC only reason and Cedric our sales man that we completed sale.
