  How refreshing to go into a dealership and not be hassled and feel pressure to make a DEAL Right Now. We were greeted by Patsy and right away felt as if we knew her for years. She asked what was important to us in our new vehicle and listened to what we wanted, and needed. She was there to show us our options, and not worry about if we were buying Right Now. I advise anyone looking for a great car buying experience to go to Patsy ASAP!

  Patsy was great to make a deal with. We told her what we wanted and she gave us cars with just the options we were looking for to pick from. She listened to us and totally delivered. She even made sure we knew about using our points to get discounts on accessories for the new car. Our family has bought 7 cars working with Patsy. Clearly, we think she's awesome. Craig in Finance made signing the paperwork fast and treated us like family.

  WORST DEALERSHIP IN CHICAGO LAND

  I looked at a vehicle, very unfair with their trade in prices, decided the next day to purchase it, had my own financing!! I talked asked for out the door price i agreed to the price. They ran my credit and sent my bank the details and purchase order. I was on my way to get the check, my Salesman called me and said another salesman had sold the truck!! Even though we had a deal and I was literally on my way to the bank and they sold it out from underneath me!!!! That is very very unprofessional!! And disrespectful!! Money means more to them then there customers!!! The general manager literally told me business is business and their financial advisor tries to talk you out of having your own loan so they can make money off of your loan when you purchase a vehicle. They think all people are naive to their tricks!!!! This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in 45 years.. They have no morals!! General manager no help what so ever!!! !!!!!!BE AWARE!!!!
