    AVOID BRANDON HONDA AT ALL COSTS!

    After carefully thought and consideration, I have decided to do what is right and reinstate my original thoughts on the unpleasant service experience that I had on Wednesday at Brandon Honda. I have bought two cars there previously. I brought in my Civic for a airbag recall. I decided to kill two birds with one stone and have them perform other maintainace tasks which were due. I waited 6 (s-i-x h-o-u-r-s) hours for everything to completed. This 2009 Civic is no longer under warranty because of the model year, not because it only has 22,000 miles on it. I wrote a review while stewing over my long wait for servicing. The service manager called me back and said that it normally takes one full day to change the hoses and clamps and the testing afterwards. The service adviser was pleasant and offered to take me home and pick me up. This is not her fault. She was doing her job. I was gently persuaded by the service manager to erase my uncomplimentary review on Wednesday. It would not be right to hide what really happened while I was there. I was NOT offered a loaner vehicle so that I could pick up the car the next day. I was NOT advised that I would be waiting 6 hours for routine maintenance. They did offer me $75 voucher to be used on my next service visit. Guess what, fellas? There's not going to BE a next visit to this dealership at any point in the future. Brandon Honda has a VERY poor service record compared to other dealerships in the area. I hold no grudges towards anyone, but it would be wrong of me to withhold the truth by covering up what really happened there. Several other service customers sitting by me had similar unsatisfactory experiences at Brandon Honda. If this is how they treat a two time car buyer there, how are other people treated. Lesson learned. Never Again!

    The service is meh....

    The bill was high. The wait was long. The wait was very long. And then I got hit with an $1100 service bill for routine maintenance.

    Battery Replacement Warranty!!

    I went in for an oil change and a full 29 point inspection with no problems. The following week I went in there for a tire repair and they told me I needed a new battery. Now the battery had no issues the week before according to their inspection but guess what......my battery warranty coverage was due to expire days later. So this dude tried saving the dealership $85 by not replacing the battery with my warranty the previous week. Customers have to be really careful with this place. A lot of their service reps come & go over time..they don't like their jobs...I can only imagine the pay but also the pressure that's put on them to bring in the loot. I've seen service people literally rip off senior citizens with astronomical charges for simple repair work. I understand that business is business....its all about money but you won't lose business because u stop messing with people! Other than that its a nice clean place and their pretty attentive. Careful with the bald eagle service Rep who looks like Ben Stiller.....he enjoys what he does, that's why he's still there....he's quick and tries to make things a done deal ...he can play with the numbers a lot but he doesn't fool me .... lol

    My Salesperson (Cassandra) was awesome. She went above and beyond with constant information. This was impressive considering it was Memorial Day weekend and the Dealership was extremely busy. The financing end was the only negative. Initial financing info was vague and led to tense moments agreeing on final payments. Overall it was a very good experience and I highly recommend this Dealership if your looking for a new or used vehicle

    Beware. Everybody at the dealership is all sweet and pleasant when you buy a new car there. Not so in the service department. Never had a worse experience in a service department at a dealership .brand-new car and concerns are not dealt with.

    Honestly didn't really want to trade my 13 civic so..I loved that car..pracilla helped us find a good car but didn't have everything we wanted and just before we were ready to go a lady was trading in the car we wanted and she got us into the car before anyone else ever seen it. She went above and beyond for us and believe me we weren't easy to work with..great experience in car buying

    Just received my car back after bringing it in for a couple recalls. Although I had to wait about 45 minutes for my car to be brought up, I did not mind since the rep was very personable and professional. But once my car was pulled up for pick up, it arrived dragging the front bumper. Apparently whomever parked my vehicle ate the curb upon doing so, and thought it was okay to drag the bumper across the parking lot. Once arriving, instead of apologizing or trying to find a solution to the issue, he handed me back my keys and said, "that's how I found it." I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Brandon Honda and will be sure to not only never bring my car for service there again, but also never consider their dealership when purchasing a new vehicle in 2017.
