    I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Brandon Honda. They are the shadiest dealership I've ever encountered with purchasing a vehicle. Ultimately, if you think of the stereotypical description of a dealership (bait and switch), Brandon Honda is this dealership. To further explain my experience, my sister needed a newer vehicle and so she went to Brandon Honda for a Certified 2016 Honda Pilot. The actual purchasing experience of the vehicle was rather painful as I had to assist her over the phone to negotiate with the "sales manager". Ultimately, my sister did end up getting the vehicle for the price she wanted (basically the listed online price + taxes). However, this is not where they stopped with their shady business practices. My sister had a pre approval letter from her bank stating she could purchase the vehicle but Brandon Honda magically made errors in the agreement. Keep in mind, my sister already had the vehicle in her possession and has it registered to her. They send over a "corrected" agreement which they want immediate response and payment for their mistake. They should be willing to work with their customers especially for something they are at fault for because we all have lives to live, life doesn't stop for a screw up caused by the seller of the vehicle. However, they are threatening my sister that the "deal" is no longer valid and they will "take the car back". My recommendation is to stay away from Brandon Honda. They are a conniving group of individuals that try to manipulate their customers and try to always have the "upper hand" in a situation.

    Liers, they are all liers and still lie after being proven wrong. They say they are the best dealer in all USA, I dont know how if all they do is lie and waste your time. You come in wanting to buy a car and they lie about everything after the deal was made. I wouldn't refer this dealer to no one. They told us the truck was not good and they were going to send it to auction because it was "UNSAFE", they still posted the vehicle back up on their website. They sold an "UNSAFE" car to someone else. Pure liersss.

    Bait and Switch

    We inquired about a vehicle that was listed online the response was quick and friendly, so we made an appointment and drove nearly an hour to go see the vehicle. When we arrived Durrant immediately takes us to a cubicle and asks what we are looking because the car we cam to see is not the best quality. We discuss some other options he then goes to look for after about 15 minutes he comes back and we ask to see the car we drove there to see he reiterates it is no good and spends another 25 minutes trying to find other cars. At this point I was pretty frustrated so i asked to see the car I came to see one more time at which point he tells me they no longer have it on the lot it was sold to auction this morning!! Durrant honesty is always the best policy this simply telling me that when the moment you knew the car was not there would have avoided a lot of wasted time and frustration.

    I purchased a vehicle at brandon honda but live in georgia. This added some time to my wait which is to be expected. What was not expected was to received extra paperwork to do 3 weeks later that they missed while i was at the dealership. I also did not anticipate my calls not being returned when this led to the need for a temporary tag extension. Overall very discouraging experience.
