    Called and talked to Kendell when he promised to check on a vehicle for me and call me back. He never called me back. I won't expect even the most basic customer service from Brandon Honda again.

    We bought our 2017 Honda CVR from Brandon Honda 2 years ago. All of our service has been completed there and We have been impressed with the Department. All of the employees are very friendly and professional. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

    Scrapped my car

    When I bought the car it was great service, but when I went to get it detailed a month later they scratched the paint off my car. I looked it over with the guy twice and they didn’t do anything about it and when I asked for a manager that’s when the service guy tried to tell me it was already there. Car wasn’t very clean either after it was done.

    I have been sitting in the parking lot for over 45 min waiting on someone to check out my car so I can turn in my lease. I guess because there are 7 or more salesmen standing around doing nothing, they assume no one else has anything to do on a Friday night. Very unprofessional.

    I brought my Honda CRv to Brandon Honda for the 10k Service. While I was waiting, I wandered over to look at the new CRv to see what was new. I was approached by a Salesperson who made me an offer that was too good to refse. I ended up driving home in my new 2019 CRv! Moral of this story is when you bring your car in for Service stay in the Service area- lol!

    Very sad

    Guys please watch your final settlement paperwork. Very nice place good behavior. Bought a 3 years old Oddesy with 30 k mile. Liked the sales persons behavior so didn’t care much about the price. They asked for 24,000 I got it for $25,3000 my Nissan Quest 2007 with 130k miles. So I know I paid whatever they asked for. Now at the finance they asked to pay $22 extra to have free maintenance. Took that. Went there with 2 babies, so had to leave quick. Later on going through the paperwork and saw I paid total $36,000 for this used van. After taking out the interest and maintenance plan, I saw there was $5000 extra charge from some where with no explanation. Going back to return the van today because you have only 3 days to do that, otherwise you are screwed. I gave 5 star rating here yesterday and now I regret to miss guided you. CAREFUL.....

    Above and Beyond!

    I have always loved dealing with Honda dealerships—since 1985! Sales team will bend over backwards to help you find the car you want in the price range you need! Service team—omg! Awesome! For instance, I stopped by because I needed a tire check and oil change. They not only adjusted the tires and did the oil change but they did an entire inspection of my car and then washed and vacuumed it! What? No charge? Nope! :) I am a very busy, single woman and I am so grateful when I come across a business that seems to truly care about their customers! Trust is everything! Love you Honda Dealership of Brandon!

    BUYER BEWARE! BAIT AND SWITCH DEALERSHIP!

    BUYER BEWARE! Stay away from this place! They are your typical bait and switch shady car dealership! Our salesman Chris Corrigan swore up and down that they could give us the deal we were wanting. Even after we explained to him that we were driving from an hour and a half away, and we had a 1 year old child with us, they made us sit in their lobby for over 4 Hours! Then the finance guy tells us that he was going to request a "special exception" from our bank to make the deal work... Proceeds to have us take delivery of the car... Then doesn't call us for... Get this... 3 WEEKS!!! Then our salesman gives us some story about needing to do a "bank interview" and tells us we need to come back in. When we do come back in our interest rate is 6 points higher than what we originally agreed to, and our payment is $65 dollars higher per month. Thankfully we gave the car back and are now working with a more reputable dealership to buy a comparable vehicle. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!
