    Great service and quick. Brought my 2015 Fiat 500 in for small repair to door latch. Was covered under warranty. Repair was done quickly and properly. Service staff accommodated my schedule and fit me in for service without an appointment. Great job!

    Excellent Experience at Brandon Automall

    Saw a Mazda CX-7 online at Brandon Automall and went to view and test drive. The sales consultant Joe Pfotenhauer immediately knew the vehicle we were interested in viewing. And as he had been a Mazda salesman previously, he was able to relate comprehensive knowledge of the vehicle. After test driving and discussing price, we decided this would be a good fit. Moving forward with the purchase was a breeze except for a small hiccup with a wrong number in a SSN, but otherwise well within what we were looking to spend. The facilities were spotless and so far have not had a reason to visit (which is good). First maintenance was scheduled while we were there and and we won't have any reservations about taking the vehicle there for service. Overall, a great experience and look forward to dealing with them in the future.

    We brought our son in to buy his first car - he fell in love with the Fiat L and Joe Pfotenhauer helped him with find a great deal. We were so impressed with Joe and the Ed Morse Dealership in Brandon that we were back 3 months later to by a car for me. I called Joe, told him what I wanted (not easy) and he found the perfect match. Mr. Pfotenhauer was so concerned and conscientious about our car-buying experience that he made it seamless. The dealership itself is impressive, spotlessly clean, and all the staff we worked with could not have been nicer or more professional. We have already recommended Joe and the Ed Morse dealership to several friends.

    Life Changer!

    I lost my leg in an accident a year ago - I needed to learn how to get in and out of a new vehicle and drive with my left foot. I had a sports car and that wasn't going to work anymore! One barrier was pulling into the garage and have enough room to get out and maneuver in the tight spaces. Joe took my test drive to my home to make sure the car fit, the door opened, and I was able to get out. It was perfect and he wanted my needs met REGARDLESS of whether I purchased with him or not. I love my Fiat 500x and couldn't be happier!
