    The place is falling apart. Only a few cars on a small lot. Horrible service. Lying salesman. All positive reviews are fake. They don't treat customers well.

    Terrible Customer Service

    Just a terrible experience. Spoke with Wesley Tuesday afternoon inquiring about a car, told him where I needed to be, he said he'd get back to me that night. Nothing that night and nothing the next day so I contact them around 1030.... Nothing. Try again around noon, nothing. I finally get a response a few hours later apologising for the delay, and was told the salesperson I was working with was also working with someone else on the same car and he had sold it already. First off the fact that they thought that response was acceptable in any way was laughable. Secondly, how could they not contact me before it's sold or even mention someone else was interested in it when I first inquired about the car?? Are you kidding me? I was honestly dumfounded. I spoke with a finance manager who apologised and said he'd have the general manager contact me shortly. Never happened. Stay away, they have no idea what customer service is or how to conduct business. I would be so embarrassed if I conducted business this way and would be out of a job.

    Incredible vehicle purchase experience

    Words can’t explain the amazing experience I had with Ali at Boston Foreign Motors!! I had been car shopping and researching for over a year. I had my sights on the infiniti qx80. I went to multiple Infiniti dealerships and was SO fed up with the typical politics of dealerships. Most recently having a dealership tell me I had to use their bank and very little transparency. Even going to a dealership to look at a specific vehicle and it being nowhere to be found! I got to Boston Foreign Motors and was blessed to work with Ali! He was AMAZING! I got the vehicle I loved and the process was seamless!! Best vehicle purchase experience I’ve had so far. I have been raving about Ali and Boston Foreign Motors to everyone I talk to! Incredible experience from the minute I contacted them!! I will definitely be back in the future.

    Would not recommend this car dealership at all! Gave my word I would be back following week and confirmed multiple times with Bobby...he said would hold forward for me as I stated to be sure of that... called on the Monday to confirm arrival on the Tues to purchase and said he sold it!!

    Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

    We found a car that we wanted to see online through Autotrader.com. We contacted the office and scheduled a time to come and see the car. When we got there we were greeted by a very pleasant receptionist that ended up playing with my 5 year old daughter and keeping her entertained while we completed all of the paperwork. Bobby Shah was our Sales Representative. He was speedy at getting the car to the lot for us to test drive. The car was amazing, and Bobby was super friendly and very easy to deal with. When my husband picked up the car, it looked like a brand new car, not a 2015 BMW. The purchase experience was fast and friendly. Would recommend Bobby and the dealership to everyone I know!

    Everyone is trying to make a living, everyone is trying to make some money. As long as they don't cheat you, its fair. I might have paid a little extra for the vehicle but I still believe that was the best car I could have purchased in a 100 mile radius with all the options that I was looking for including the colors in my budget. They have a great inventory that stands out from other dealers I have seen, not sure how they manage it. Dealing with Bobby was great, he is smart, fast and seems to know what he is doing. He went out of his way get everything ready for delivery one day before as promised. It was a nice experience overall especially due to quick delivery. If I have to buy another vehicle I would start with Bobby first and definitely recommend him to everyone else.

    Helpful, patient and a straight shooter

    Buying a car is already stressful for me. Buying a used car out-of-state was a new experience, and added many new stressers to my buying decision. Was the advertised car even real? Did the pics properly depict the condition of the car? Could I safely pay and actually get the car? How would I get it home from Massachusetts? These were a few of my concerns, and I put my salesman Bobby through several hurdles as I worked through my skepticism and anxiety. I had only two things I could know for sure. First, I needed to listen to Bobby, to see if I could detect any double talk. Second, after I had made the decision to go to Boston and see the car for myself, I needed to again see that everything was exactly as it was described online and on the phone. From the onset, I found Bobby to be very courteous. This was actually a red flag at first, because I feared I was getting lip service. We connected using FaceTime, and I found his sincere friendliness to be consistent with his phone presentation. Very helpful. During the facetime, he even pointed out a scratch to me on the car that I wouldn't have otherwise spotted. When I arrived in Boston, Bobby was polite and very sensitive to the fact that I had come in from out of town to see him. His time was mine, and I continued to find consistency with who he was online and on the phone. Bottom line: I gave him my check, he assigned me the title and he arranged for shipping. I flew home with the title in hand. The shipper took a couple of days to materialize, but the GM promptly gave me the shipper contact info as soon as he had it. The car arrived here in south Florida as promised. Absolutely no problems. Great service. For me, Bobby is just a great guy and someone I would choose to work with. I found the General Manager, Milad, to be sincere and up front as well. Thanks Bobby and Boston Foreign Motors.
