    Upon going in for my 15,000 miles service appointment, the is nothing but a rating of "Five Stars" for this customer passionate dealership, but the service department, especially the service manager, Mr. Trae Hendrix. His customer attention is unsurpassed from "A" to "Z!" This was my fourth time back for the Warranty Mandated service and, as in the past three visits, was made to feel that myself and the Mazda3 that I purchased at this dealership in 2016 was important. More importantly....I was given the strong impression that I really mattered....THAT is the most significant aspect of such a visit!!

    The salesman Mr. M. Williams & the financial agent in- charge Mr. Sean Donnelly projected the right amount of encouragement & civilized salesmanship to execute a final sale on a 2018 Mazda 3. A Dodge Ram 2012 trade-in was involved & the cash point is what finally cemented the deal. It's hard to come up with huge cash down payments & help was provided in order for me to legally finalize the sale. My original plan was to buy American but hard to do. So far I am satisfied.

    Great new customer experience

    My wife and I purchased our new 2018 Mazda 3 Touring Hatchback from Boniface Hiers Mazda on Friday Dec 28th, 2018. Our very helpful sales professional Michael gave us the tour of their lot and then showed us a couple of new Mazda 3 5-Door models that he said had been sitting on their lot for some time longer than others available and that the dealership was eager to see go before the year ended, therefor putting us in a better position to get the car at a lower than stickered price. After test driving our car and upon arriving back to the dealership happy with its performance and comfort I noticed a small 1 1/2" long chip in the paint on the front just above the grill, certainly not a dealbreaker but something that needed attention if we were to purchase the car. We did end up purchasing the vehicle that same day and before leaving the lot Michael said he would make sure to let us know when the dealership's "paint guy" would next be on site. On the following Monday, we got the call and were told to bring our car in later in the week for repair. My wife dropped the car off early Thursday morning and was given a courtesy ride to her work which was close by. Later that day she picked the car up and when she brought it home I was able to give it a look over. It's as good as new and I can't even tell there was a blemish there to begin with! Looking forward to our time spent in our new Mazda 3 and our future dealings with Boniface Hiers service department.
