    Won't go back to any Bommarito. This is the second bommarito location who wasted our time and gas. Called to check on Nissan Altima I was looking at online. I was told by Natalie that its here so we drove 25 miles to go take a look at. We were told that it was in the morning but they have another one that is higher price then that. Same thing happened at Bommarito Toyota week before. Called them and spoke to Mark to check on Lexus ES350. I was told its here and when we went there they told me it was sold in the morning. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH BOMMARITO.

    They left the oil cap off and oil is all over my motor, very disappointed and oil all in my driveway my oil fumes all in my car, this is upsetting

    Best Car Shopping Experience Ever

    We started our car shopping experience online due to a negative experience during our last purchase at a different Nissan dealership. We had never done so much online before and weren't sure what to expect. We were matched to Tyler C and when we arrived on the lot for the first time and Tyler greeted us it was as if we were already part of the Bommarito family. The experience could not have been better. When it came time to complete financing we were passed to Greg F who was equally amazing. He took us through the process with such professionalism that we knew we had picked the best team to give our business to.     Tyler made the whole experience painless. I came in with a price in mind and he was able to meet it right away. He was great! I also worked with Matt Gonzalez and he was amazing too. Both of them made themselves very available to me for any questions or concerns that I had.

    Do not buy from Bommarito. Poor Customer Service

    I urge you to go somewhere else. There is no customer service here with Tom Bommarito leading this company. His employees even say he is just a name.. I had some service done here and paid almost $2000 and to come and find out it was not needed when I asked for the part they stated they lost it. I was unable to get a second opinion and still charged me the amount. All that was needed was a 36$ part.. Very disappointing when I asked to speak to the GM, never received a call back, emailed, never received an email back and then went to the dealership and he would not come out and speak to me. Sent me to another manager who could not assist...

    We live about 3 hours away and wanted a very specific car (Leaf EV). Tyler immediately understood that we had done our homework, knew what we wanted and knew what we wanted to pay for it. So he didn't waste any of our time or his time. He brought us the right price and then provided complete flexibility for us to come and sign and take the car. Easiest car purchase EVER and it was three hours away from home! Even if the next car I want is available where I live, I will drive the 3 hours to purchase from Tyler at Bommarito!
