  Damon Sleeper, the salesperson, was excellent in showing us the car, telling us about it and explaining the cost - whether we lease or buy outright. He did not seem perturbed that we wanted a few days to think about it. We left with a very favorable feeling about dealing with him and Bommarito Nissan.

  Bommarito Dropped the Ball

  I purchased with cash a used 2017 Nissan Murano on July 17 from Bommarito Nissan West. I was told it would be a week to ten days before I received my car title. After eight weeks and many, many phone calls, I was finally told I would not receive the the title for six more weeks. This became a major headache for me, and I spent a lot of time calling the dealership about my title. In addition, when I purchased the car, I noticed the tires were very worn. I mentioned it to the salesman and the sales manager, but they said they were all right by Bommarito standards 4/32". I had them checked by other service dealers, and they stated it was time to replace them. Overall, I am pleased with the car, but the hassle Bommarito put me through was not a pleasant experience.

  End of Lease Experience / New Lease

  I was able to turn in my current lease vehicle and walk out with a brand new 2020 lease in under 3 hours! They made the whole process so quick and easy and I got exactly what I wanted.

  Bomarrito Nissan is an excellent dealer. The staff is top shelf and all are so friendly and helpful. Jim Hercules may just be the best sales person I have ever dealt with. Knows his inventory and while knowledgable and helpful, is not at all pushy. I highly recommend Jim and Bomarrito Nissan.
