    Sticker price and advertised on same vehicle are different they tell you they'll get you every Ways and means they can. Finance manager there careful with him. ..don't get the remote starter package...this is where they screw you

    I will never go back to Boc Toyota. They don’t care if their customers are safe and happy after the sale of their vehicle! They also do not check for recalls therefore will sell a vehicle with a recall on it! It’s all about the sale!

    Made an appointment and confirmed car's availability before driving 2 hours to see it. After waiting 1\2 an hour at the dealership they came back and told me they never had this car on their lot. This is despicable and unethical behavior.

    I bought 2018 Toyota 4Runner SR5 in December 2019. my totally bill came up to 41070.58 dollars. when I went to pick up the car, there was a TPMS light on in the car. The dealer told me to drive around for couple days and the light will go off. after few days, the light was still there, I took the car back multiple time to address the issue. Finally said that one of my tire had a nail in it, they change that tire. when I got the car back the light came back on on my way driving home. I immediately contacted the dealer but they was giving the same excuse, "drive the car around the light will go off." I drove the car from December 2019 with the light on till April 2020. when my family and i was driving on the interstate, my car started shaking. I drove very slow and got off the interstate and pulled over. when I checked my car, the back tire was flat. I took the car to the nearest garage, and they found nail in two of the tire. After patching the tires, the light immediately went away. I am just thankful to be alive today.

    Test drove a car (that I really liked)...the salesman kept us there for 2 hours, offered me nothing for my trade, called in his manager and never made us an offer. I was willing to buy and pay cash...but they never made an offer. The internet said to beware, now I understand why. Awful dealership.

    They will lie to you

    Internet sales manager and manager Tom claimed they would match a Toyota Tacoma off-road vehicle. I send them email correspondence with a quote from another dealership. They said they wanted a “written quote.” Then goes unto say “he couldn’t match their price even if he wanted too” but they both advertised this matching. I do not know how they are still in business, avoid. You are better off at imperial toyota

    My wife and I visited this dealership after receiving an offer summary with Capital One bank. We planned to use our trade-in as our down payment, but would learn that the trade in was worth much less than the $900 quoted on Kelly Blue Book. We were only offered $200. We were then asked to come up with a cash down payment, and they told us they would work on it. We had not heard anything after a couple of days, so we called and left a message and after some time received a call back and we were then told, that we could not finance a monthly payment anywhere near the Capital One offer for the car. I felt like we kept working to make things better with a bigger down payment, a larger monthly payment etc. I also asked if the trade in value could go up any, considering we never tried to negotiate on the price of either the trade-in or the new used vehicle. I was then told they would look into it for us. The next day my wife received a text message congratulating us on our new vehicle the Dodge Grand Caravan, of which she replied we have an agreement? We later received a text message saying, I sent this to the wrong person and will check in on this for you. Never did get a response from anyone. After we followed up again the next day we were told that the trade-in does not matter it must be more cash. I feel we had poor communication and no flexibility from the dealership in trying to make a deal happen, and they never seemed to have all of the information correct each time we talked. I tried writing to the manager in hopes for more guidance, but was just given a superficial apology and pushed right back to the people I had been working with. In the end we missed a deal by only $200 or $300 dollars total. Going to try my luck at another dealership.

    I never write reviews but I had to for this experience. Ahmed was the absolute best salesman ever! Not pushy at all, explains everything down to a T and extremely helpful and honest. He’s the kind of salesman that feels like an actual human and not a robot trying to up sell you. If you’re looking for a car, go here!!!
