    Hidden fees for sales watch out

    My sales person was great but they wanted to add 1000$ prep fee. Which the manager couldn’t explain what the prep fee was for. The sales Manager was rude to us. Call for hidden fees before wasting time because they are expensive. They went from the cheapest to the most expensive.

    Good dealership, clean facilities. Service with a smile but still a dealership at heart - they will rush and bargain with you the way any dealer will but they are less pushy. They will say you must keep their financing for 6 months but that is not true, but this is a common dealer activity. Great facility with snacks, coffee, bathrooms, etc.

    I want to give them 0 stars. Exactly 60 days later and 400 miles after I bought the car from here, the battery died. They sold me a Certified Pre-Owned car with a dead battery. Called Nissan Road Assist, they told me they can tow the car to the closest Nissan dealership, which they did. Now I have to pay for a new battery!! The Boch Nissan South from North Attleboro won't pay because the car wasn't brought to them. Unbelievable, they sold me a car with a dead battery and they don't want to pay because the car wasn't towed to them. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

    Before I went down I emailed asking if there was any other fee like a prep fee that I've read about at other dealerships, i knew of their doc fee $495, the answer was No, after going through all the paper works, test drive.....find out an added $995 for prep fee...showed them the email from them and was told that person doesn't work at the bldg but handles their sales?

    The price kept increasing and increasing!

    I would not recommend going to Boch Nissan South for service. After being a customer for 3 years, I am leaving. My wife and I lease a car from them and also always used them for service. I was ok paying a bit more thinking I could trust them. After a recent incident, my trust is gone. Long story short, my car went in for service and they found a small oil leak. They quoted me $700 and I said ok. After over a week, the bill ballooned to $3,500. It kept increasing and I felt I had no recourse because my car was in pieces. It was always a bit more every time they called. If I had thought it was going to go over $1,000 I would have shopped around, but by hooking me and reeling me in, Boch left me no choice. On top of this, every time I spoke to a representative, it didn't seem like a big deal to them. They did not return my calls, did not send me estimates or an invoice when asked and were overall disinterested. After it was all done, I voiced my concerns to their customer service and survey to give them a chance to respond and did not receive any answer. Again, not concerned about their customer. I will not be returning and I would recommend you to find a different dealer and service center.

    I would never buy a car from this place. When i told him I would go to my bank and get 2.9 interest rate and he said not with this car and become rude and obnoxious

    Buyers beware

    I'll start by saying this is totally out of character for me to take the time to write a poor review, however in this circumstance it is nessicary. I went to boch nissan south to trade in my vehical and purchase theirs. The only reason there are 2 stars is because my salesman Armando was great, one of the better ones I've dealt with. Long story short they had me fill out a sales tax form, yet left sales tax completely off of the contract. When I went to pick up my truck, not only did I find m&m pieces in the glove box and the truck still being washed terribly, I also had to resign all of the documents which raised my payment. How professionals can make such a blatant mistake beats me. So now the sales manager and finance manager gets the paperwork together again. Sure, sign what I need to sign. Fast forward to 3 days later and I have to go back in and resign for a 3rd time because they had me sign on the wrong line. This is incredible to me. To add fuel to the fire the heat stopped working on the drive home from picking it up and has been intermittent since and there was a puddle under the seat that they said must have been from all the snow and forgot the window open. Turned out to be a leak at the third brake light that I had mentioned to them to check and got the yup working great, no leaks response. At the end of the day I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere and saving time, aggravation, and money.

    BAD EXPERIENCES NEVER BUY PARTS AGAIN

    I order a ignition lock cylinder Nissan titan price almost 200 USD for 2 key made in China tip plastic didn't work on my truck tried to return they don't accept back. I called them a person with the name Jeffrey answer the phone very rude unprofessional doesn't know how to explain how it work the parts and I'm stuck with the parts that don't work on my truck I guess I have to go to the another Nissan dealer to fix my truck more money .

    Boch is the worst dealership I have ever dealt wit

    This dealership is the most unprofessional and incompetent place I have ever dealt with I called 4 weeks ago to schedule an inspection on my new suv only to be told that there inspection machines were down due to a problem with the state I drove 40 minutes to get there only to be turned away I called back 2 weeks later and was told the machine was up and running and to schedule an appointment they called the day before the second appointment to confirm that I would be there I specifically asked them if I would be getting my car inspected this time because I did not want to drive another 40 minutes only to be turned away again the person on the phone assured me that everything was up and running so I get there today 10/25/17 for the inspection only to be told they could not do it because they ran out of stickers really I was the first appointment they couldn’t have told me that when they called to confirm I will NEVER to business with them again and I will let everyone I know not to as well
