  What do you expect from a used car lot? They can't know everything on all their vehicles. You are buying usually a very used vehicle. And the vehicles are fairly priced. Do your homework. I've bought 3 vehicles here and made a few repairs, which are to be expected.

  Don't ask anything they don't. It's as if they take pains to stay away from their tired crop of autos for fear they might make some gnarly discoveries that they might be morally ablated to share with you. This strategy of course is all in the interests of keeping your costs down. Pay later
