    Charged for etch that was “already” on the car, knew I wasn’t required to purchase add on’s but they continued to tell me I HAD to. After purchase they finally (after many calls) agreed to refund. Been months and many more calls later and no refund. They have continued to go round and round with me never calling me back. Its a sham! You are not “required” to purchase any add on’s just because they already put on the vehicle. To charge someone $399 for something that cost $50 is just plain theft.

    They are the run of the mil salesman. They will try to trick use common sense and you will see these people will sale shoes to a man with no legs. “If he was dumb enough to buy it then it’s his fault.”

    I have been in the car business for several years and I loathe deals that drag on. I was in at 10:30 and out at noon. Had a very pleasant experience there from the sales consultant and sales manager.

    Biggest Ripoff

    I dont even know where to start, these people took complete advantage of COVID to prosper on customers. Within 3 days of them dropping my truck off at my house I had 5k worth of tools fall out of the bed due to the latch not working (they said it would get fixed before it left the lot), horn doesnt work (illegal to sell a car without certain safety features like this), fuel tank leaks, dead battery, bad alternator, dash lights and stereo went out, antenna fell off while on the highway...$30k truck does not get you very far with them!

    My husband got a truck on March 18 and it has had nothing but problems. Took 2 months to hear back from them. Contact at the Secretary of State because of the COVID-19 they were closed. Went there today and got told that it’s too late for them to help us!! That it’s our fault we picked out a crap shoot truck!!! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!

    Horrible Post-Purchase Experience

    If you had asked me what I thought of this dealership when I purchased my car in January, I would have given them 5 stars. The buying experience was smooth and painless, and Bebe worked hard to get me the best deal possible for my car. I raved about them and said I would recommend their dealership to others. That is no longer the case. Since I live in Indiana and bought the car in Illinois, I needed to have a specific paper filled out at the BMV and then sent to Victor, their finance person. He made a huge deal about me getting it done in a timely manner so he could get my (out of state) plates and registration to me before the temporary plate expired in February. I bought the car on Saturday, January 25th. On Monday, January 27th, I had the paperwork done at the BMV, emailed Victor a copy, and then also mailed him the hard copy. It is now April 18th and I have STILL not received any of these materials. My temporary plate expired on February 24th. In between January 27th and my temporary plate’s expiration, I attempted to contact Victor via email and phone. I left numerous messages to at least receive an update and heard absolutely nothing. As I became increasingly frustrated, I contacted Bebe, who vaguely told me Victor was “working on it.” After more silence and no solutions, I brought the general manager into it. He said he would speak to Victor. After the general manager apparently spoke to him, I did hear from Victor. He claimed he was “confused” about the license plate situation and thought I wanted Illinois plates despite the fact that I submitted out-of-state paperwork. He made me re-submit my Indiana license (that they should have had on file already), and said it would be taken care of. Months later, I have still not received my plates or registration and have heard nothing. Victor and the rest of the office have reverted back to being unreachable. I called the office to ask if I could speak to anyone who could give me an update or correct the situation, only to be routed to the office manager’s voicemail (who also never returned my call). I am completely appalled at the lack of transparency and professionalism by this dealership. My next steps will likely be to contact the Secretary of State’s office.

    Thomas my service advisor. Started off servicing my Ford expedition and now I am servicing my Lincoln MK ex. Wouldn’t have it any other way. Great customer service good people wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone to go see Thomas or buy a car or buy a warranty.

    Fake internet advertising has a bait

    I email the dealership requesting information over a vehicle and someone contact me over email doing a appointment to see the vehicle. I arrived to the dealership and they fist told me that someone will be pulling the vehicle. 2 minutes later they told me that the vehicle was sold this morning but they can show me their inventory. Don’t waste your time with this dealership.

    Management is passive and acting inconvenienced when asked any quarukns regarding vehicles you want to buy. Too many people standing around the center circle desk and apparently needing them to actually work by answering questions or looking at something concerning about a potential vehicle I wanted to buy, was too much to ask.

    drove 5 hours to purchase a vehicle, told them when i would be there, tried to give them a down payment prior to leaving, they would not do it...so i drove 5 hours to Chicago just to be TEXTED as i arrived that they just sold the vehicle. WOW, what a bad business practice. you shouldn't advertise on the internet if your business can not take a down payment prior to the customer getting there
