    I have been shopping for a new truck for at least three months. We decide to stop at Bob Hook because I had a bad experience with another Chevy dealership. At Bob Hook the experience was great! Found the perfect truck!! I traded my 2012 Chevrolet Colorado for my new truck. Peter and Jason made the whole experience fun and painless when it came to the paper work. Showed me all about my truck and walk with me thru the On Star. Love my new baby and I will definitely buy another from them.

    I bought a 2010 Acadia.. Service was great. I live about 1 1/2 hours always so I offer a price over the internet and about 30 minutes I had a response back and we settled a price right over the phone. I decided to come a day earlier than planned and I call Bill and he was more than willing to come in on his off time. Bill was a great guy to work with and answered any questions we had. Financing the vehicle was super fast, took around 30 minutes.. We had a great experience and will be back for future purchases! Thanks Alot, Heather

    I would like to personally Thank all the staff at Bob Hook for the Out Standing job they did in making me feel like a VIP during and after the purchase of my 2014 Chevy Impala. I will highly recommend this Dealership to all who are interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. My wife brought her Malibu here in 2011 and she left here feeling very satisfied.     Pictures are deceiving!!!!!

    If you look at the pictures of the 2002 BMW Z3 for sale you would not have any reason to suspect the body damage and paint scratches that the car really has. I drove 300 miles to look at this beauty with the idea of buying it of course. Chatted with Bob Hook himself according to the pop-up on their website. Their secretary called me to arrange an appointment, and I talked to Leon, their salesman twice. Made the trip to find a car with a lot of body damage, check engine light, ABS & brake light all on, on the dash. Nothing was mentioned at all on the phone about these things. After the 300 mile drive for nothing I emailed the dealership expressing my concern with the way they did business. After 3 days Bob emailed me back only stating that maybe they should be more in depth the further a customer is driving to their dealership.
