  I Found the vehicle on their website. Called and asked if I could drive this GMC Terrain Denali. They made it so easy. I found i was in a very trusting and comfortable environment !   they were accommodating with us. They let us drive 40 miles to have the car checked by our mechanic. The negotiating was very polite and fair.

  Worst customer service

  This dealership has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Negotiated detailing of the car into the purchase price. When I call to have that scheduled I get NO return calls from Chad. Purchased a car there-only because they had a used model I wanted-23 days ago. I can’t title the vehicle or pay the sales tax owed because the dealership failed to get the proper lien removed from the prior owner. How can they even sell the car legally? Of course I get the run around from them and have never received a phone call in return.

  This is our second purchase at Bob Brockland. Tim Anderson was our sales representative. He kept contact with us throughout the entire sale and was very helpful in the process without any pressure to buy. The entire dealership through the process was very respectful and polite.

  I recently purchased a used vehicle and am happy to say that this was by far the best experience I have had at any dealer. I had stopped in to look at a used vehicle when I met salesman Tim Anderson .He let me look with no pressure, answered my questions and did not try to up sell me. The whole buying experience was easy from start to finish from the salesman to finance dept. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this. Dealership and Tim Anderson if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

  Excellent Experience!!!

  I was an out of town/out of state buyer looking for a particular used vehicle. Upon initial contact with the dealership, I worked with Terry in sales. Terry was very friendly, personable, and honest. Because I was not able to come in and immediately see the vehicle, Terry helped as much as he could to inform me of condition of car. We made a fair negotiation over the phone and came to pick up several days later. Communication through the process was prompt. He wanted this car as close to perfect as he could for a used vehicle. Upon reaching the dealership, the car was in spotless condition, had not been left out in the snow, and was waiting for me right up front. The final purchase was extremely smooth and took minimal time signing paperwork. The dealership was spotless everywhere! Quiet inside and happily greeted by all staff. This is a smaller town dealership outside of metro St. Louis. They truly have a hometown values mindset.....many thank yous and several handshakes. This may be the best car buying experience I've had yet for both new and used purchases. I'd happily recommend Terry and this dealership to any of my closest friends and family. Keep up the great customer service Bob Brockland! Well Done.

  Best Car Shopping Experience

  My father and I had just left the chevy dealer down the street extremely dissatisfied with the service rendered by their car salesman who was eager to sell us ANYTHING at a very high cost (even vehicles with clear electrical issues). On our way home we decided to stop by Bob Brocklands to see the cars on their lot. Upon our arrival, Moe came out and assisted us. He asked me what I wanted, I told him. Gave him a price I could afford and he took me straight to the car that fit best for me. I LOVE my new car and couldnt believe how helpful he was. He gave me the keys to test drive it. There was no pressure. He had extensive knowledge of the vehicles on his lot. I would highly recommend this dealership. Go see Moe(Tommy)!

  We were looking to buy additional warranty for existing vehicle or possibly buy new if we got the right deal. Jimi was our salesman and did an excellent job explaining the vehicle options/features, the available specials/deals and getting us to a price point we were happy with. We made the purchase and are happy to be dealing with a local Dealership who genuinely cares. The Brockland Team stayed an hour past closing to complete our deal. What a crew! Thanks Brockland Team.
