    Bob Brockland Buick GMC experience - Columbia, IL

    I have been a GMC truck owner for 27 years and that only includes two trucks. A new 1993 Sierra SLT and new 2005 Sierra SLT. That was until this past weekend. Now I own my 3rd new 2020 Sierra SLT and purchased it from Bob Brockland Buick GMC in Columbia, IL. I shopped online at every dealer in our area and personally visited four. Each experience I learn a little more about options to help me decide what was the best fit for me. The recent GM strike evidently cause some current stock limitations so a few dealers only had 1 - 4 choices with the options I wanted. Finally, I found a truck online that looked like the right one for me at Brockland. Called and was greeted on the phone by sales consultant Tom "Moe" Suarez. Although the other sales reps I talked and worked with were very nice, I knew Moe was going to be the easiest to work with. He was pleasant and VERY helpful answering every question I had about the truck. He understood my price and trade needs and assured me he would do everything he could to help me decide if this was the right truck. "If your going to spend the money make sure you get exactly what you want", he said. My wife and I drove from Missouri over to Illinois that day. Upon walking in the door Moe had the truck ready and immediately handed us the keys walked us out to have a look. When we arrived back from the test drive Moe was there again to answer any questions we had. We wondered if there were any other similar vehicles on the lot to compare so we went in his office and he found one alternative and brought it up front to look at. Long story short, we never felt any pressure from Moe or anyone at the dealership. Everyone was very nice. Turned out we did not have a trade in because a relative decided to buy my old truck. My fear was we were not going to be able to get some additional discount using the trade as we missed out on the customer loyalty discount by 1 year with our 2005 GMC vehicle. But Moe and his sales Manager, Mitch Shoults, didn't even flinch about it. They both made sure the price was where I needed it to be and we made a deal even without the trade in. Buying experiences should always be this fun, especially when you're spending hard earned money on a new vehicle. Thanks to Moe and his sales and finance team for a great day for my wife and I. I'm sure the "after sale" experience will be just as great.

    This is the 2nd new GMC Sierra Denali that I have purchased from Bob Brockland GMC. They gave me very fair prices without spending hours going back and forth on the price. Salesman Chad Sweazea was awesome during the whole process. He is a great communicator. Highly recommend Chad Sweazea and this dealership.

    BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!

    THE BEST car buying experience EVER!!!!! I found my car on their website, called and spoke with Chad, he confirmed the car was still available and put it aside for me to come by after work. In the past as a single female buying a car, the experience left me never wanting to buy another car again. Well, we all know eventually we will have to buy another car. Chad the sales person was amazing, he listened to what I was looking for not only in a car but my monthly payment. There was none of the "Well I have to speak to my manager" Chad filled out the paperwork took it to Mitch the Business Manager and before I knew it I was signing paperwork for my 2015 Toyota Camry Hybrid. I was introduced to Scott the Sales Manger and was asked about my experience. I was treated like I was buying a brand new car. Thank you, thank you to the staff of Bob Brockland Buick BMC for this amazing car buying experience.

    From the moment we called the dealership and spoke to Moe we knew it was going to be a great experience. The week prior we were in a car accident and just found out our car would be totaled. When speaking to Moe he was kind, understanding, very helpful and told us he would be more than happy to help us find our next car. When we walked in the dealership Moe greeted us without even knowing who we were. He was smiling and greeted us with a handshake. He brought the cars into a bay area, let us drive two of them. We fell in love with the one we purchased. We also spoke to Bob Brockland, Jr. he was also very kind and considerate. We would highly recommend this salesman and this dealership!

    Great experience with Terry Funk, great salesman . Fabulous personal service They came in lower on new car and higher on trade. Smaller old school personal feel dealership. Low pressure sales with great service. Started at dealer closer to home only to be turned off by take it or leave it deal. BROCKLAND made us feel like we were important to them. Will definitely return for future purchases.
