  I worked with Tyler and had a great experience. He was very responsive to all my inquiries through email. Once I got to the dealership, I was able to test drive the car, complete the purchase, and drive off with the new car within 1 hour. That's the quickest service I have ever had with any dealership. Not only that, Tyler helped me drive my new car back to my home so I didn't need to have a friend or family member be with me at the dealership. That is exceptional service! Thank you Tyler for your quick and attentive service.

  Great facility for M car buyers! Just bought an M5 comp 2019 and process of car buying was smooth from my first visit to final. I dealt with David and he was very helpful. Car delivered within 12 weeks ( a bit longer than expected initially) but I guess that is not in their hands. However, in terms of professionalism and customer service, I really appreciate their approach. Apart from David, both the M geniuses Matt and Ian were awesome. I would highly recommend this team at least from my initial experience.
