    Needed a new set of four tires

    The service representative who specializes in tires at this dealership (Lek) was EXTREMELY HELPFUL. he was able to walk me through the selection process in detail and very competently. He then facilitated the installation for me so that the vehicle was available for pick up 4 hours later. Moreover, the gentleman who returned my car to me notice several bird droppings on the roof and side and spontaneously returned the vehicle to the washer for further cleaning. It is this type of service that makes Towson BMW the quality dealership it is known to be. Over the last 10 years and 5 purchased cars here I have never been disappointed by the friendliness and competence of its employees

    Called asked for immediate appointment. Service manager fit me in. Proposed a 2 hour wait offered a vehicle no hassle. I waited in comfortable lounge. Repair was done car was clean as a whistle and sanitized. 100 percent professional service. Thanks Tom Wolf.
