    Called on availability of a Lexus rx350 that was listed on car gurus and was told it sold days ago even though it was just listed? Why even put in on cargurus? Because they want to sell you something else instead of the one I viewed? That’s why!

    We have been going to this dealership for all repairs to our X1. We decided to trade in our Chevy Cruze for an electric vehicle. An appointment was set for a used i3 (after having driven a Chevy Volt and Nissan Leaf). They allowed us to take the i3 on our own and allowed us to get familiar with the vehicle. No heavy pressure. They arranged financing and, voila, we are now proud owners of a beautiful 2017 i3.

    Remote Car Starter Not Available 2016 BMW S1 SUV

    Before purchasing my 2016 SUV BMW S1 series from Seth Blais at the Shrewsbury, MA dealership I told him that it was a deal breaker if I could have have a remote car starter in this vehicle. He explained that BMW itself does not install them but other places do. I have checked on line on numerous sites and there are NO REMOTE CAR STARTERS FOR THE 2016 S1 series. I have always had a car starter and would NOT have purchased this had I known this. It is one of the most important features to me especially in New England with the snow and cold winters. I was actually test driving a different vehicle. It was 2019 Jeep with all thee bells and whistles that the dealership I was planning on purchasing this from was kind enough to let me test drive it and bring it to Shrewsbury, MA BMW dealership to decided if I liked their vehicle or not. I explained to this dealer that if BMW did not have what I was looking for I would return to this dealership to buy the Jeep that I was test driving. The BMW dealership had a white SUV S1 series with only 17,080 miles on it. I asked questions, test drove it and decided to buy it. I made sure I asked about the car starter as I mentioned before it was a deal breaker if not available. Now I have had my vehicle for 4 weeks and I really love it but I will probably will not be keeping it for long due to the unavailability of this remote car starter. I am so disappointed that this car starter is not available for my model series. It may sound silly but this was very important to me. My husband just bought a vehicle on Sunday from a dealership in Woburn who made sure that every option that was important to us was indeed on the description. It was. We purchased that vehicle that day and my son is going back there today purchase a vehicle from them as well.

    Horrible lack of response and details. After numerous attempts, I received a response with a high quote and lack of details to how they arrived at that. Obviously do not want to sell a car. Moved on to another dealership.

    Great Customer Service

    Went in today to test drive a 2013 Alpina B 7. I would have to say from the moment I walked in the door I was given the 5 star treatment. Didn't make a purchase yet, still weighing other options, but that isn't a reflection of the buying experience. The dealership were professional in answering my 101 questions, and I never felt rushed or pressured, the perfect environment for car shopping in my opinion. When I asked if they would be ok with me taking it to an outside mechanic if I were to return to purchase, Mike the Sales Manager told me: "Sure, that's ok with us. Matter of fact, why don't you just tell us which mechanic to take it to and save yourself the drive here?" That right there blew me away. I have bought lots of cars before, and never has a dealership offered to do that before. Great customer service. Was assisted by "Mike" the sales manager, and Joey Harrington the Client Advisor.

    Found our buying experience was the poorest we have ever found. In spite of apologies from out salesman, Jean, acknowledging his many mistakes we made an offer on a car only to fine the dealer salesman forgot to check if the car was still available. We were assured it was, but that someone was signing an agreement at exactly the moment we placed our cc information. It sounded like a buyer in the wings. Very disappointing experience.

    Unhelpful small service department!

    Made an appointment passing through with service here for my X5 to do a simple recalibration of front cameras and showed up to a very small service department acting like I was inconveniencing them since they were so backed up. Weird set up here off Route 9 with a tiny dealership and an irregularly set up service department with 3 short bays. Service Manager addressed my need for recalibration and said it was not an easy fix and to make an appointment a week or so out? Outrageous and sent me on my way with a hand shake and smile. I've been treated better at a Honda dealership and was shocked that a so called BMW dealership would treat its customers this way. Never again will I try this place out for service or even sales if this is how they treat one of their own!

    wasted my time

    Very poor experience. Called in on a Sunday to make sure the 7 series I was interested in was available. I was told by Michael that it was. I told him that I would be there in an hour to test drive. He said no problem and that he will have it waiting out front for me. Upon arrival I was informed that someone else was currently test driving the car. Waited around 20 min to find out that the car is being sold to that person. The manager called it a slight bump. That's not how it felt to me. I drove an hour for nothing. I assumed that the car was being held for me. Not the case. I guess all this dealership cares about is making a sale. To top it off he said I could wait some more to see if the deal actually goes through. As if my time wasn't already being wasted enough. Completely unprofessional.

    We recently purchased a used non-BMW vehicle from the dealership. The price was very good. Our sales person was less than enthusiastic. I didn't expect him to know about all of the features and functions of a non-BMW vehicle, but I thought he might attempt find some of the answers. Once we agreed on a price and trade. The purchase was going to be a cash transaction. We waited for almost forty minutes to see the business/finance person to complete the paperwork. Our sales person explained that the delay was due to computer problems. We arranged to pick up the vehicle three days later. We were told that the vehicle would be ready, we would be able to drop off our check and go. We arrived to pick up our new vehicle at an agreed time. When we arrived our sales person went over the final numbers and put the license plates on the car. We then waited for another thirty minutes for the finance person. The dealership was nice, the staff was friendly, we got a fair deal on a good car.
