    Amazing customer service

    The car I wanted sold 15 minutes before I got there. However this dealership went above and beyond. They had two other similar cars pulled out and waiting for me when I arrived. They also called me when another couple started to look at the car I had made an appointment to test drive, giving me the opportunity to save myself the drive. The staff was very helpful and professional. If they hadn't sold the one I wanted, I would have enjoyed giving them my business. Everything was clean. Staff was very knowledgeable.

    I have never had such an easy, pleasant car buying experience! Craig, our sales person, was knowledgeable, likeable, and accommodating. He made us fair offers, both for my trade and for the purchase price of my new vehicle. The process was quick, and the level of customer service was on par with that which one would expect from a luxury car dealership. I left BMW of Salem with a smile on my face, and I will gladly return for future purchases!!

    I worked with TJ Selby. TJ provided an “Exceptional” buying experience of the BMW 430 over this past weekend. Truely outstanding and all because of TJ. From the moment my wife and I arrived, he took care of everything - even going above and beyond … from indulging my wife’s request for coffee, and then oatmeal (thank you so much) to washing my wife’s X3 while we worked on the paper work. BMW of Salem is lucky to have someone of your caliber representing them. Thank you again for making this experience such a pleasure.

    Purchased pre-owned vehicle at full asking price

    I found the vehicle my wife was looking for online and contacted BMW of Salem to let them know I was flying in from California. I signed a purchase agreement they had emailed to me as well as put $1,000 deposit to hold the vehicle. They told me I needed to find my own transportation from the airport to the dealer when I arrived. I ended up catching an Uber and made it there a few hours before closing time. When I arrived they did have the vehicle ready to go and paperwork went very quickly. After a very long drive home I was able to check out the condition of the vehicle in the light and was surprised to see the two front tires were bald and needed to be replaced. I took the vehicle to my local dealer (also part of the Lithia group I purchased from) and confirmed the outer edges were completely bald and inner still had 4/32 tread depth. BMW of Salem refused to replace the two tires. They did confirm the outer edges being bald and said they did an alignment but the tech did not reccomend replacing. I guess they don't have the same safety standards in Oregon as they do in California. Probably could have put new windshield wipers on too!

    BMW of Salem is worth the drive from PDX

    I recently purchased a new BMW from Brian K at BMW of Salem and was very happy with the transaction. I live in the Portland area and Brian was more responsive to my questions and more competitive on price than the PDX area BMW dealers. I ultimately special ordered my new BMW and Brian provided constant updates on the production and shipping status. His estimate of when the new car arrived was very accurate. Brian is a real BMW enthusiast and was very knowledgable of the brand. He had lots of good advice on features and what options made sense for my special order. I would gladly purchase any future BMW from BMW of Salem and would recommend them to anyone considering a new BMW.

    Everyone was great. Very accommodating and I got an incredible price. Felt amazing about my whole experience. Worked with Jeff. He didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need or want. I hate car shopping and they made it so easy. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
