    First class experience.
by aprahamc from Peoria, IL | December 02, 2019

Blake made the new care buying process an ease. He went above and beyond to locate a car that I wanted, never once pressuring me to purchase something that they had on the lot. This is my second car purchased at the dealership and I am sure that because of these experiences, there will be more.

Great service from an out of town buyer
by Dan from St. Louis, MO | November 25, 2019

Great communication and friendly service. It made the drive from St. Louis worth it. I wish they were my dealer at home. Alex, Sam, and Woody were great to work with and I would highly recommend.

    2019 530i xDrive
by Back to Bimmer from Dunlap, IL | November 25, 2019

Initially contacted multiple dealerships to search a 2019 530i xDrive. Finally found the car I wanted at BMW of Peoria. Working with Ken Reardon and Clinton Leman was a pleasant experience. They tried to meet my needs and a reasonable deal was made after a bit of negotiation. Also, the staff at the reception were pretty nice too. Good dealership!!!

    Fantastic dealership experience
by Randy Hermann from Dexter | November 04, 2019

I recently purchased a new 2020 X5 from BMW of Peoria, from out-of-state. The entire team involved in selling and delivering the vehicle was fantastic. Definitely worth contacting them if you are in the market.

Woody is the shadiest in the business.
by Zachary David from Countryside, IL | October 13, 2019

*EDIT* BMW of peoria seems to have removed this review from google, so I am posting it anywhere I can. Weird that after this review was posted, putting Woody on blast for his shady antics, immediately 7 more reviews all 5 stars popped up praising him. Talk about Skewed Data. After doing some research, funny how the only reviews about woody came after my negative review. Ironically enough, they are not actually reviews, rather his facebook friends who wrote these 8 supplemental reviews. Talk about shady business and protecting an image. I sadly cannot post the screenshot, but feel free to search his facebook. Think twice about doing business with a place that tries so hard to cover up their mistakes. So to begin, at first my experience was somewhat pleasant. Saw a vehicle that I was interested in, however their markup was ridiculous. Nearly $3000 over market value, especially on a vehicle with over 120k miles. I am a mechanic and work on plenty of bmw’s specifically the n54 and n55 motor (this 335i was equipped with the n55 as it was a 14 model year). Though much more reliable than its predecessor in the E90-93 body style, they still encountered their share of problem at higher miles, specifically the transmission’s second gear synchronizer or synchro for short. Upon my inquiry into this vehicle I initially citer 3 different sources as well as provided vehicles in much similar condition with LESS miles and the same features. Only difference was the color. The particular color of this model is definitely rare, but does not constitute a 3000 markup over value especially on the original transmission. Moving on with the point, I started offering numbers. Cash OTD, meaning all fees would be included when you say OTD (Out The Door). I obviously initially threw a significantly lower number than their outrageous asking price as a result of the ridiculous markup. They declined which I expected. I was speaking with Woody who is in charge of pre owned sales at this location via facebook messenger. It was a Sunday and he felt it was a burden to be discussing pricing for a serious buyer. Finally he offered a number and I countered and we came to an agreement and in that agreement I stated OTD which he did not decline and in the context of his wording it seemed he concured. So after all was said and done he set me up with a sales consultant to finish the deal and conclude the finalization process on closing. I was fully ready to send cash payment out the door, and then low and behold they end up telling me the final price with taxes and fees etc is now an extra 1600 bucks, which brought the total nearly $100 bucks over the initial OUTRAGEOUS asking price. So I said I would pass thinking that would be the end of the experience. Then I get a very pompous and ignorant message from Woody claiming how he thought I was in MS because thats what my profile said I was located in, even though when were texting via iMessage my area code is 708 (IL area code). He continued to tell me how he took the time to work with me during a movie he was watching with his wife and basically insult me like I am a fool, when in fact the error was on his part for 2 reasons: 1. He just assumed my location prior to any closing, even though in one of my messages I said I live about an hour away in the chicagoland area and would come up anytime this week and 2. By either misreading our conversation or by agreeing initially then going back on our agreement. Either way I will no longer seek to do business with a place that gets upset when they are in the wrong, addresses you like you are some fool and insists “I sell 1000s of these a year I know my stuff” when in fact all you do is sell them, not work on them and probably haven’t the slightest clue about the major failing points or why EVERY SINGLE SOURCE OF RESEARCH POINTED OUT THE CAR WAS LISTED 3000 OVER VALUE. Terrible service and I feel bad for whoever pays their $18,400 for a 2014 335i in blue with 127,000 miles. I a
