    Hi All, This is my 1st BMW car and 5th customer service experience with BMW. I could be expecting too much from BMW service or their culture is the way it is. Here is my experience: I went for a inspection on one of the warning lights and asked the representative to look for any other issues as well. The very least thing asked to check for the tire pressure (specifically) as one of my tire pressure was low. Looks like there was nothing else done apart from inspecting about the warning lights, even the warning lights inspection took 2 days. Most frustrating part is the work order was transferred to another person for some reason (I don't know or interested to know) who continued working on this task. The other representative was saying I did not exactly know what needs to be done with your car as this work order was transferred from him to me (sounded like least information was passed over to him). Oh man really is that too difficult to organize in the so called BMW who is charging the customer extensively for every part and visit? Really!! The car was in the service center for 2 days. When I went to pick the car back even the least thing to check the tires was not paid attention. The annoying part was when the representative said he inspected only the warning lights as part of the inspection. So the cost of inspection is 185$ and you don't even care to check the car for any issues. This is so disappointing. This is not only in this service center encountered similar service treatment in most of the BMW service centers.

    Excellent service!! I would definitely recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a BMW!! I was working with 5 other dealers for the same vehicle by far the rest could not match the price!!!

    I came in today to have my airbag recall part repaired and the install service was really great. The staff was very friendly and inviting. Repair took like 2 hours however, experience was pleasant.

    The facility is impeccably clean. The service is excellent.Fast and courteous employees. Richard was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I plan to bring my BMW here all the time for maintenance.

    Dishonest sales management /misleading

    Dishonest management (sales). Bad used cars (Not sure where they get them from). They sold me a used BMW car on Feb. 2020, The car stopped on the highway on Oct. 2020 (around 8 months after the purchase). The car require new engine since the timing chain is bad and that is very expensive (more than the car value). Called them and told them the story and they promise to trade in the old car by paying me only $4000 for the trade in which is very low, and they promised to allow me trade it with another car in their inventory with the cost price. I agreed. But they didn't honor this promise and after I picked another car for a price they told me about over the phone which was reasonable: I went to make the deal and pay for the new car, they changed their mind and told me that the car went back to action because it has major problem and can't give it to you any more (I guess they didn't want to give to me for that price they told me over the phone). The worst part is that : While leaving I saw that car we agreed about in the parking lot and called another sale person as new customer and test drove it and it was good and can be sold. They Lied and didn't really help. They played games and disappoint me even I was was BMW owner for the past 18 years. Never Zeigler BMW of Orland Park. Stay away from them.
