    Bought my second BMW. Excellent experience overall. My trade-in was assessed fairly. Sales personnel super helpful and accommodating. Victoria in financing was excellent. Great dealership overall.

    10 years of Amazing service

    I have purchased 5 cars from BMW of Bridgeport over the last 10 years. When I was 21 no one would take me seriously but David sold me my first 330ci and I have never looked back. The best part is Tona at the service department. She has been my personal advisor for the past 10 years and I cannot tell you how great she is. Always willing to go above and beyond and check in with me throughout the entire process. Not sure if a new BMW is in my future but would never take my cars to anyone by Tona and the crew. Always professional and great experience and they always give me a great rental. Recently I blew out a run flat and Tona had me drop off my car at night so I could make it into work and had the car ready and waiting for me the next day with a full service even though i didn't have an appointment. Can explain how great the service is and Tona is the best.

    Brought my car in for an oil change. Was told that the four years of included service for this car "just ended last month." Wouldn't it have been nice if the dealer had informed me with a call or an email that the service coverage would be ending soon? They send me sales emails all the time, but I never unsubscribed because I thought the dealership would also contact me for things like letting me know that I could save $80+ by bringing the car in by a certain date. I bought this car in New Jersey and transferred the service coverage to Bridgeport. Whenever I brought the car in I felt like they were doing me a favor servicing my car. I'll be going the extra distance to BMW in North Haven from now on. They know how to provide outstanding customer service.

    Bridgeport BMW is the BEST!!!!!

    First of let me begin by saying I have owned 2 previous BMW's, and was looking for my 3rd. I found the ideal X5 for me, and from the minute I reached out to the dealer it has been nothing but a pleasant experience. I was able to secure my vehicle, and my client advisor Kade Walker was the best sales person I have ever encountered. I have purchases other brands, and 2 previous BMW's but Kade puts all other salespersons to shame. He was very knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle I was looking to purchase, but the entire lineup of vehicles past and present. I being a BMW enthusiast, was thoroughly impressed by his straightforward approach, his professional demeanor, and he friendly presence as well as his product knowledge. He was courteous in his responses and follow up, and was very approachable even during off hours. What more could you ask for in a person and a client advisor. This was the best experience I had hands down. It gets better... Glen Ramsteck gave me the a hands on tour of the car, even showing me features I didn't know BMW implemented. He was very thorough in sharing his knowledge of the key features and was a great guide for teaching me all about the car. I thought I knew it all with BMW, but Glen was patient and witty and was able to show me features about this X5 that I did not have in my previous 7 series which were amazing and I use everyday now. From Gabriela Batman's friendly voice when I first called, and her follow up to find me the car of my dreams, to Kade Walker's exemplary service and approach, to Glen Ramsteck's guidance and attitude, all the way to the finance lady's name I apologize for not remembering, but I remember her smile and her name started with an "A", the whole process was amazing. They made me feel like a million bucks, and that the car I purchased was perfect for me. Thank you Bridgeport BMW for restoring my faith in the BMW brand and showing me what a real dealership works like. Kudos to the management team for steering the ship in such a great direction.

    Purchased a CPO 2013 528xi recently. Great team of professionals. My sales person, David Baylis, is tremendously knowledgable about BMWs and provided excellent customer service. On pick-up, the financing paperwork process was straightforward and importantly the time spent by Anthony reviewing in detail all of the features of my new car was extremely helpful.
