    Not like it used to be

    Things are not like they used to be. First CPO I drove was filthy inside and out, must have just be traded in. Second car was pretty good ,bought it, no negotiating at all. I was told that was if I don't buy it someone else will. Found out it had body work done and was painted. Used car manager told me I should buy new and would not have this problem. The car was advertised at around 18K actual miles were closer to 20K. So they would not do a paint correction on the car and make the poor repair job a little better along with the poor attitude I will not be back.

    Very unprofessional and scummy. Didn’t want the deal so he toyed around very sneaky. They didn’t take me serious cause of my age and looks.

    WAS PROMISED THE CHANCE TO PURCHASE A CAR,MADE AN APPOINTMENT,WAS TOLD CAR WAS AVAILABLE AND WAS MINE IF I WANTED IT, CAME BACK BEFORE APPOINTMENT AND THEY SOLD CAR OUT FROM UNDER ME! CONTACTING BMW of North America regarding this....VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Even the sales manager agreed with me when I spoke to him about this!

    From the moment I walked into BMW of Bridgeport, everyone from Lilly to Glenn made me feel welcomed. Ernie from sales educated me, a first-time BMW client, listened to what I wanted, and found a car that was perfect for me. I hadn’t intended on purchasing until late spring. I’m not an impulse buyer when it comes to large-ticket items. I felt zero pressure to decide while I weighed my options. Thanks to the BMW enthusiast who traded in a flawless car. I’m grateful to be the beneficiary of your care. Victoria made the process of handing over thousands of dollars and being seduced by warranties as pleasant as that process can be. Finally, Glenn. You sat with me for an hour patiently answering questions and didn’t mock me when I cared more about operating the radio than learning how to drive the car off the lot. Your facility is spotlessly clean and conveniently located. My kids gave two-thumbs-up to your snack area. Finally (for real this time), Lilly, thanks for kindly answering the phone so nicely the 62,000 times I called over a five-day span.

    Worst experience ever

    I arrived looking at different vehicles, outside of the establishment and no one walked out to offer any assistance. Next, I walked inside and began looking at vehicles. Although there were approximately five employees standing near the reception area, no one offered assistance. After a while, a sales rep (he was sitting at a desk) approached to offer assistance to find someone to help me, because he was waiting for a delivery and could not help. I witnessed him approach approximately three other employees prior to someone agreeing to assist me. Mr. Volkan Emre Gok was the sales rep and I thanked him for not turning me down. But Mr. Gok was an awful sales rep and was not personable. I explained the two cars of interest and that I was making a cash purchase, he responded, "you made my job easy for me". We test drove the vehicle. We sat at his desk, I explained the packages I wanted and he typed with no further inquiries or conversation to understand me, as his customer. He finally stated the car cost, 47k+. When I asked how he obtained that figure, he could not explain. When I expressed receiving a quote, 42k+ by another dealership, he immediately/aggressively asked if he gets the price lowered, do we have a deal? I said no because I need to know the amount prior to making an agreement. He lowered the price by 300.00, but at this point, I no longer wanted to do business with this dealership. Furthermore, I am a black innercity woman, and current owner of a BMW. I will be purchasing a new BMW, but not from this dealership.

    Talked to Volkan at the sales team and he helped me through the process. Little did I know that he was trying to push me buying a different car but not the one I was looking for. Disrespected the whole time, wasted my time, and energy throughout the whole process of buying. Ended up not getting the car from them. Never doing business with them again

    Be Careful

    Be careful when you buy a used car from this dealership. I recently purchased a used 2012 Porsche Boxster. While this dealer represented that all of the appropriate safety checks had been done on the DMV form, it turns out the rear brakes were worn down to the sensors. When I contacted my salesman and then the general manager, I received no response. I will be filing a complaint with the DMV and go from there.
