    BMW of Bridgeport truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I could tell there was one key difference from other car dealers. People here were actually happy to work for BMW of Bridgeport! It makes a huge difference when you are greeted by a happy salesperson. I would highly recommend Jason Gellatly, who I met with after being referred by a friend. Big thumbs up to BMW of Bridgeport!

    I bought my 328xi from Jason Gellatly last October. Jason made me feel very comfortable, which was a welcoming change after my last car buying experience. I couldn't believe how easy it was! I am thinking of getting an X3 now for the extra space, and as usual Jason has been helpful in my search for another BMW.

    I recently shopped around for a used X5 that I could use to bring my kids to sporting events. After stopping at a few dealers and getting discouraged by pushy salespeople, I tried BMW of Bridgeport. Jason Gellatly answered the phone before I came in, and had an x5 pulled up, and cooled off waiting for a test drive. I loved the car and ended up buying the same one I came in to look at.     I came in on a Saturday to BMW of Bridgeport and met with Jason Gellatly. I did not have much time, and certainly did not expect to be leaving in my new BMW the same day. Jason helped me pick out a 528xi loaner car that had all the options I was looking for. I was able to drive the car home later that evening after he had the detail crew clean the car up really nicely. Overall I am very impressed with the efficiency of the entire dealership, and Jason Gellatly made it all possible!

    Jason Gellatly was a true professional. He was able to beat all other dealers offers on my trade in, and get me the best deal on my M3. I always recommend Jason to everybody! Anyone can promise a good deal, but Jason really follows through. From start to finish he was able to answer my questions, and recommend a car that suits me the best, all while respecting my time. Jason Gellatly and BMW of Bridgeport will be my only stop for future car purchases!

    I came in the dealership having researched which model I was interested in but was teetering with the purchase of a vehicle. I was initially apprehensive of the entire car buying experience (from past experiences) but pleasantly surprised with Kurt's friendliness, knowledge and customer service. Kurt understood and listened to my wants and needs and located a car for me to test drive.He wasn't overbearing or pushy. He also made the paper work painless and easy. Two thumbs up!

I would be remiss if I did not take a moment to acknowledge one of the main reasons I continue with the Bridgeport location, my Sales Advisor, Jason Merced. I believe him to be an exceptional employee. Jason's professionalism, knowledge, efficiency and genuine friendliness does not go unnoticed nor unappreciated. The process of obtaining my new car was seamless -- perfect -- excellent experience!!

    Poor service, very disappointed. Sales Representative Jason Gellatly very unprofessional, does not keep his word. Purchased vehicle online, received vehicle it was damaged(windshield crack, bumper dent) was not mentioned anywhere when I was buying the vehicle. Vehicle did not have floor mats, Jason gave me his word that I will get them even if he had to buy it himself, did not get them. He told me he will send them to me, nothing received and now does not answer his phone. Acting like some cheap dealership NOT BMW!!!

    Staff is really helpful. I always have a great experience buying a car from Jason Merced. He is very knowledgeable about all the BMW products. I have purchased multiple cars from Jason. I will defiantly go back to Jason (BMW of Bridgeport) to buy cars in future. If you want to spend your hard earned money, this is the right place.
