  Five stars goes directly to Sam Al - Hajjaj, client advisor in sales. He was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Sam was respectful, dependable, thorough, and a kind gentle soul. Cannot say enough good things about him. He was by far the most upstanding sales person in all the years I have ever purchased vehicles in general to work with. Sam is a definite asset to Bridgeport BMW and I will be referring him to many others based off my personal experience. I would also like to take the opportunity to commend Tony Horan in service and Anthony Delvecchio in customer relations for the added bonus of making the experience here at Bridgeport BMW a nice one.

  I sent a review earlier, but it apparently did not go through. I originally was going to purchase an AUDI, but the BMW salesman. Lee Lopez with his patient and expert knowledge of his product convinced me that the BMW 540i was the way to go.I must say the staff I met and especially Anthony explaining the various equipment was terrific. If I were able to give more than a 5 star review, it would be sincere and again, I must thank Lee for his salesmanship and a very comforting experience.

  Found my car in a few hours

  I worked with Lee Lopez who showed great knowledge and was so helpful. After telling us someone already had applied for credit for the car that we wanted he said it could still be available and would let us know. Later that evening he called me to say that it was available. Even though he was off the next day he came in to complete the sale and stayed into the afternoon. Very appreciative. I also have to give a shout out to Anthony who went over all the features of the car and made me feel totally comfortable.
