    My husband and I had been shopping for a vehicle for quite some time. We had been to a couple different dealerships and been over looked. We felt very ignored. We had come to Bishop to look at small SUV’s. From the moment we made our first phone call we felt like they really cared and wanted to work with us! Abby is amazing and went above and beyond for my husband and I! We will definitely be back and definitely recommend!

    My son previously purchased 2 cars from Bishop Motors, and was very satisfied with both. When it came time for me to look for another car, we went straight to Bishop Motors. Abby did a great job helping me to get financing, explaining everything about the paperwork, and answered all my questions. She even stayed late on a Saturday to be sure I had everything I needed before I left the lot. I bought my new-to-me Ford Focus from Abby at Bishop Motors. Thank you, Abby for the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had!

    Not happy

    I intended on buying a quality used car and was floored by the customer service that Abby provided. She was amazing. However we were just a few hundred dollars short of our dream car and they wouldn’t come down on it. So we bought another car that had what we needed. When I get informed the dealership of the following problems I received absolutely no assistance and barely any sympathy. It turned into a lemon quickly. Bishop motors agreed to repair the radiator prior to buying but then the hoses exploded because they were bad and not replaced. That was also repaired but the radiator developed a leak and now two months later I have to replace it again due to either shoddy repair or faulty part. After purchase I noticed an oil smell so I took it to my trusted mechanic and shortly discovered 2000 dollars worth of repairs were needed. I also got stranded on the interstate twice in this vehicle within 30 days of purchase. TLDR: don’t buy from this dealer. If there is anything wrong with your car that causes you to be in danger, they will do nothing. I now have a pile of junk in my driveway that I lost thousands of dollars on and no way to get another car. They would not even trade me for a lesser value.

    Right car, Right Price

    I couldn't be more pleased with my Nissan Rouge! We came in feeling hopeless after we had been to several lots and got the "brush off feeling" Andrew greeted us, but was not pushy let us know he was there to help if we needed it. After looking at the awesome selection, we decided to test drive and FELL IN LOVE! Came back and talked business, Andrew was able to get us in and out QUICKLY, in a car we loved, with a payment we could afford! We are forever grateful and would recommend to ANYONE!
