    First thing, Lance is awesome, just doesn't get the tools or support needed to be exceptional. Posted several honest reviews. They have asked me to change them or delete them intirelly. We have had issue since the day of delivery. Oil sensor going off, oil level was over a quart to high, rear end making horrid noise, but that just the latest. First, we never got a temp tag or paperwork. More than a week later, they said they would send me a second temp tag, during this week plus long delay, we kept overnighting paperwork to them, because they kept making mistake after mistake. After making a call to the dealership, while being bounced around from one person to another to get some kind of answer, no info, except being transferred to Hussein (owner), no help, passed off again to the RUDEST lady in the title department, still zero answers. Only after posting honest reviews did they start to try and help. Get this, we sent a cashier's check, and they wanted wait for it to CLEAR before they would send us the car. Unbelievable right?. Now that we have spent hundreds of dollars with no end in sight, we have given Hussein what he needs to remedy this, but you know how that's going. Zero communication, non existentant. Do not do business with this dealership, stay away.

    I was given the run around by this lady Kali. I spoke with her about a vehicle that mom was interested in she then brought up another customer information and spoke about problems I wasn't even aware of. She was very disrespectful when I asked if I could deal with anyone else the rectify this situation. Ms Kali you missed out on a cash customer. I dont recommend her to sell lemonade on a summerday!

    My overall experience was great! I flew in to pick up my vehicle and the salesman stayed 2 hours after their scheduled closing time for the delivery of my vehicle. Excellent communication skills excellent salesmanship just a excellent experience.

    Our experience at Birmingham Luxury Motors was excellent. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The process from test drive to application to deal made was not lengthy. We were not there all day, like some other dealerships.

    Great no pressure environment. I was a a able to get a gorgeous Nissan Rogue with low mileage and in my favorite color. The salesman let us take our time and test drive as many cars as we liked but I needed up chowing the SUV I drove first. I wish I could give them 100 stars.

    Horrible Experience

    Bought a car from here a few months ago and while they say that they inspect all the cars before selling them, I am fairly certain mine was not inspected. I had rust on my rotors which started off as a small shimmy while stopping, but grew into a larger issue. Once I took it to the shop I had to have the the rotors replaced and the pads replaced. Had this gone through a normal inspection it would have been caught. Also, I was told my tires we good on the car but once I took it to the shop they were at 3/32s, which is legal, but still not enough trend to last any significant amount of time. Very unhappy with my experience. Highly recommend that people stay away from this dealership.

    BE CAREFUL Buying a Car Here

    I was initially very satisfied with my experience with the dealer. The sales people and other staff were very friendly and accommodating. They claimed the car was inspected and had brake work done at the nearest Hyundai dealership which made me feel confident about the purchase. However, I realized the car was not in the condition I was promised shortly after. I took the car to my nearest Hyundai dealer in Atlanta and they found the car had subframe damage resulting in the radiator being held in place with zip ties, warped rotors and extreme tire wear. All of these issues should have been discovered if the inspection and repairs had been done as promised. I contacted the Hyundai dealer closest to Birmingham Luxury Motors to verify they did the inspection and repairs. I was told the Hyundai dealer had done none of the work I was told about. Regardless of the good customer service I received, the car was not in the condition I was promised, I was lied to about the work that was done on the car and the repairs will cost me thousands.
