    Got my oil changed I haven't gone anywhere . No problems but I miss the popcorn and cookies There were only a few people so social distancing wasn't a problem. The staff were not wearing masks.

    TERRIBLE - SALES REP LIES!

    Becareful at this Dealership!.3405 S. Westport Ave Sioux Falls, SD 57106. They will try to pull the wool over your eyes. I was this location looking at vehicles in the first 30 mins there I was lied to 2 times by Matthew Hoines. I did my homework looking at vehicles and looked up stock # online and see prices. When I was looking at the 2 different ones I was told 2 different prices being $2,000 over the asking price. He went inside to check the information and my son had to go to restroom so we went inside and there was a guy on the phone and I could hear him saying stuff "What you want to me to do about it, if you are not happy you should not signed the loan. Then I seen a guy come out from the office area and he was talking to one of the sales guys saying I do not care what that guy says we will not let him out of his agreement. We need all the sales we can this month and do what you have to get the sales. I looked at the guy as I was taking my son back outside. Matthew came out and said the price was wrong on the 2 cars and but we can take $500.00 off each for the error. I was like ok we will look around and see what else we like and let you know. Matthew went back inside and did not even offer to let us test the cars. We just left . My wife called 2 days later about the 2 cars as the price was still online and she talked to Chris Walth and let me tell you this guy was so rude to my wife asking questions about the price. She asked him so are you not looking at selling your cars then if you want to be rude about it. He hung up on her. BECAREFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Never a Worry When I Service the Vehicle Here

    Experienced a troublesome new noise in the engine compartment. As always, Sean in service and Brian the mechanic got me in and out on short notice with Bruce the courtesy driver getting me back and forth. I couldn't think of taking my vehicle anywhere else.     Thoroughly impressed with the friendliness and customer care by the entire service department. The entire process was painless from the easy location and setting the appointment to arranging for a ride to and from work while my car was repaired. No shock when it came time to pick the car up and pay as it came in at the quoted price on two separate repairs. Would highly recommend this dealer and their service department, no matter what make of car you might have.
