    I went in to test drive a CPO 2018 EL-X Accord. At first, I was on the fence between a Camry and an Accord but driving it helped my decision. The whole experience from setting up the test drive through the negotiation was stress free. Both Adeel and Larry were honest and fair, and I ended up getting the car that day.

    Jeremiah ran my credit multiple times then said I was approved and to come down to buy the car. As I’m walking out of the door On my way to the dealer he calls me and tells me he just sold the car to another family. First and last experience with bill page Honda. Don’t waste your time.

    We worked with Tony Hamrah when looking for a used minivan. He was very responsive and even brought a car to our home for a test drive. He answered all of our questions immediately via text or phone call and was very helpful.

    TPMS not Recalibrated after rotation job!

    They didn't check/add air and Tpms went off next day! Also no washer fluid was ever topped off, despite multipoint checklist, I had to add half bottle of washer fluid. Please DO what you say you did on the invoice and checklist! Would hate to have to stop coming to BPH after all these many years.

    I'm very disappointed at this dealership. I've bought 2 cars in the past and was a returning customer but they didn't give a xxxx that I was a returning customer. They wouldn't work with me on the car that I liked. All they care about is making money off their customers and their sales Manger and finance Manager said,"If we dont make money, then it doesn't make sense for us " .I am NEVER coming back here again or bringing my friends and family here. Just remember never go into their dealership thinking you will get a good deal, they will find a way to screw you over whether in the price of the car or during the payment process, whether you finance it through them or someone else. First buyers or long time buyer beware of the crap they will sell. They don't care if your a new or old customer they'll make their money off of you.

    Frustrating Service

    Took 2 hrs for oil change and diagnostic brake systems failure. To add more no technician to fix it and Manager to approve is out. all this for scheduled appointment and make sure telling issues on car in advance.

    Costly service recalled by Honda

    I brought my 2017 Ridgeline in for a recalled service on the fuel line. I picked up my truck on the next day and realized the rear corner passenger side of my truck was damaged. Honda owners do be aware and check out your car carefully for damages before leaving their service center. I ask to talk to their managers and they give me the flip by saying "the manager is gone for the day," really? The time is noon. The employees took some pictures of the damage and said that the manager will contact me. Sadly, it has been a week and I haven't even get to talk to anyone at Bill Page Honda except their answering machine. They don't even deserved 1 star.

    Extremely disappointed

    I went in today for a recall appointment that I made a few days ago and made sure that they had the part. Upon my arrival today, This service agent ( not sure but his name is Steve I think-He sits by the door next to the nice agent, Mr. Dodge). totally gave me a bad look instead of greeting me, then told me that the recall would take two hours which I was ok with but then came to find out that he didn’t even have the part for me but to my surprise this other agent was holding the same part for his customer who wasn’t even in the store yet. I completely failed to understand how one good agent had the sense of holding the part for his customer and my service agent didn’t care to either hold a part or call me beforehand so that I didn’t have to make that trip during rush hour. To top it all, this agent was completely rude and unaware of how things work or doesn’t care. Will never go back ever again.

    Refusal to take ownership of issues created

    Terrible service department experience. If this is the best place to take your Honda, we're never buying a Honda again. It started off okay. We brought it in for some recall fixes. Everyone was helpful. Then we got the car back. They told us that we needed new tires. So we got new tires, new brakes, new air filter, and an alignment for the tires. Our multipoint inspection came back with the tires at 8/32 and 6/32. They gave us tires that they didn't quote for, but which the manufacturer states should always be 10/32. The alignment report came back with the camber in the red post alignment even though it was in the green to begin with...and then everyone we talked to afterwards said that the camber can't be adjusted and couldn't address why it would be in the red, ever, and why it would have changed. The air conditioner blower was making an awful racket after we brought it in. They volunteered to fix the problem. Great. The problem became our service rep (Cassie or Cathy, it seems to change depending on who I talk to) apparently decided that she couldn't be bothered to fix the problem on her own because we complained to the manager. The manager, of course, leaves at 5 PM, which is ridiculously early for a service department of this character. No one else was willing to take accountability for this problem. Points were docked for: unprofessional behavior with regards to issue ownership, treating my wife differently than me on the phone (they will talk down to you if you're a woman), evidently knowing nothing about their alignment machine and process, delivering the incorrect tires that were somehow worn down 2/32 before installation. Avoid like the plague.

    They have very poor customer service, I went to do my service dude, they said they are doing the service, I leave it for pick up. I pick up my car and I find out they did not do service, they lied to me. They are liar ! They post the inventory and price when you go see the car, they tell you different price. I still bought the car, but now they are lying on the service .I don't recommend to anyone this place. If you go, CHECK IT CAREFULLY ! DO NOT TRUST THEM !!!
