  I was contacted but when I asked follow up questions regarding the vehicle and warranty information I was told management would be answering those questions. I never received any further correspondence from the dealership. Moving on....

  Great Car Buying Experience

  I recently bought a car from Jermel Parson at Bill Luke Tempe. Jermel was very professional and extremely easy to work with. The whole process was very easy and not as time consuming as car buying can be. I would highly recommend Jermel and Bill Luke Tempe.

  Jermel and Chris helped me with my online purchase. I was picked up at the airport in a black Cadillac. It was an easy, professional, courteous, no pressure process. After I arrived finance got me an even better loan then I originally agreed to online. Driving home I was in shock how pleasant the whole thing went. Jermel called me the next day to check on my mom who had been in an accident. Its not easy condensing everything to as few written lines but I can only say I'm still Blown away by the great experience and would highly recommend Bill Luke Tempe.

  Prices different from prices posted on cars.com. Blames cars.com. Poor customer service. Argues and blames customer. No integrity in their business process. Tried to discuss but not good at communicating.

  Forget all the bad jokes about used car salesmen, BillLuke SanTan is a professional courteous operation. I was initially impressed with Jeff Green who came and picked me up and guided me through the buying process. Everyone was low key and pointed out my various options but did not pressure to purchase various packages as l have previously experienced. Bill Luke allows the process to lunfold painlessly as it should be.

  Bruce was Awesome

  Bruce was a terrific salesman. He worked with me to get the car I came in to see out as quickly as possible for a test drive and to look at. He also helped me get the payments in the price range I needed to actually be able to afford the car. He then got me into the financing people asap and I was out the door withing an hour and 45minutes with a used but new to me car that I loved. Thank you Bruce!

  They will lie about your credit score

  Do not buy from this dealership. They will lie about your credit score to screw you over on financing terms. I second guessed myself only to find out I shouldn't have. They lied and said my score was 40-50pts lower than the actual credit score and claimed it was because that's how car scores work. They will screw you over bring your credit score with you. Even after the evidence was presented they continued to try and carry the charade on. They are not trustworthy. They also sold me a car with a dead battery and rotted holding system. The only reason they get one star is their service department is excellent. Even though I shouldn't have had to take my newly purchased vehicle back 2 days after purchasing.
