  Vehicle Price Not As Shown On Website

  Unfortunately proved to be a typical car buying experience. I was looking for a used car for my daughter that she could afford. I had researched the car we were interested in on their website. I was happy with the price they listed there and went to the dealership. The first offer I was shown was for $1267 more than the web price. They told me that my daughter, being a first time buyer, would not be eligible for the $1000 discount, despite my being cosigner. The extra $267 was for window tinting that I neither requested nor was made aware that it would be part of the purchase price on the website. They did eventually agree to include the $1000 discount, but wouldn't budge on the tinting. On a positive note, the finance manger did chase us down after the sale to offer us an even better interest rate, which we took. My issue here is the tinting charge that I was not aware of, that added a fair amount to the cost over what I had intended to pay. It should be listed on their website and included in the prices they list online.

  My salesman Chandler Phillips was very knowledgeable and really friendly and is the main reason I decided to buy from Bill Luke. To wrap things up I met Alex Aaslid in finance. He truely did care about helping me and made it feel like we had been friends for years. I encourage anyone who visits this dealership to ask for both of these guys!

  Game Changer

  Unlike our previous auto purchasing experiences, Bill Luke in Tempe was surprisingly pleasing. We drove almost 200 miles to get there, and all the way I couldn't help but think about the car shopping moments that had left us feeling like we never wanted to talk to a sales person again. Bill Luke was a game changer! It is such a relief to know that buying a car can be a stress free and enjoyable experience. Everyone we met was friendly, helpful and respectful which was a first for us. The whole process was fast and efficient and for the first time in all of our car buying experiences, we have no buyer's remorse or feelings of being taken advantage of. I can say with confidence that the next car we buy will start with a three hour drive to Bill Luke. When you go, ask for Chandler Phillips, he's the man!
