    Bait and switch. I bought a truck and was told they would take care of a couple of the issues I noticed immediately after purchasing. When I actually took it in to the service department, Cherly and Rick the Manager just gave me the runaround and the issue was never resolved. They lost our business. My family and I will never buy another vehicle from this company.

    Received emails from the dealer about my interest in a used car posted. Then never heard back from them until a week later. By that time I already made a car purchase from another dealer.

    Stay away!! FRAUD

    I went there and bought a used BMW. I got a decent price. That was it. They offered me a 15-day warranty where if anything was wrong bring it right back to them and they would fix it. They performed a 150 point inspection to diagnose if anything was wrong with it and reassured me up down and sideways that if anything was found it would be disclosed and repaired. I took it to a BMW dealership 3 days later because I purchased it on a Friday and went in on a Tuesday only to find out that the engine mounts had failed and that the oil gaskets throughout the engine were leaking and this was only a 32 point inspection and was charged $800 by the BMW dealership. Bill Luke failed to fix the car and an offer to fix the engine mounts only if I promised to release them of all liability. They negated and backpedalled to a point of nauseousness. I am frustrated, angry, betrayed and humiliated all at the same time. How people can lie to you look you in the face and say you have bought a great car that there are no issues with it to trust them and to turn around and find out that there are major things wrong. There were a lot of little things like the electric seat does not work, the thigh extender is broken that's another $500 and the windshield cowl disintegrated that should have been found and replaced that's another $377. Those are quote the little things!I was told by Chris nob their general manager that they don't need to disclose that in their 150 point inspection to the customer. They are a wholesale dealership and I was a full to expect a used car to not have any problems! I can't even believe the answers that I hear and have recorded on tape and cannot wait to play for a judge and can only hope that whoever hears this in court is as thoroughly disgusted and disappointed with the absolute outrageous behavior. I'm looking at five grand in repair and I just bought the car clearly had I known about this or had anybody bothered to disclose that an engine mount had failed or that the engine's leaking oil through the gaskets do you really think I would have bought this car? These people are fraudulent lying thieves They are xxxx beware you have been warned by me. I cannot even begin to tell you the experience that I had after they took my money. I am an educated professional. I asked if I could take this car to a dealership and get a second opinion and they told me that there was no reason to, they had performed their 150 point inspection.. I reiterate.. and that if anything and I mean anything went wrong to just simply bring it back within the first 15 days and they would take care of it.... Then they have the audacity to tell me that that's not what their 15-day warranty means. This dealership practices intentional fraud. This entire dealership is sleazy at best. I am now going to have to file complaints with the Attorney General's office the cfpb the FTC and then sue them. I have incurred expenses that are incidental, I sold my car and don't have a car now, my insurance doesn't cover this type of comprehensive damage, I purchased new wheels for the car to the tune of $2,800 and was all excited about driving a car that needs 5,000 plus dollars in repairs from the get-go and these were pre-existing and obvious. Every single dealership and repair shop I have spoken to is flabbergasted at this information and is completely disgusted with this news. I realize that this is a rant but this is how frustrated and angry I am- you don't want to be like me!

    Very poor customer service

    If you're purchasing remotely don't even bother. Took over a week to get all my questions answered about the car I wanted, had to keep calling them, then I put a deposit down until I could fly down to get it, but the salesperson beverly had gone home for the weekend so they sold it to someone else. Still ran my credit though. Pointless to even try to do internet sales.

    poor service on my 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel

    Bought this truck a little over 3 years ago. Brought it in for the code of low fuel rail pressure. They said couldn't find the problem. Changed the fuel filter and said it was fixed. Well the code came back. After the warranty was over I took to Desert Diesel. They analyzed the codes and found metal inn the fuel on high pressure side of fuel system. So with all parts needed to fix the fuel system is $10,000. Bill Luke just did not want to fix an expensive job. Their extended warranty is crap. Don't buy a vehicle from them. Their service is terrible.

    Bait and Switch (Buyer Beware)

    Tried to buy online, had their offer. Went to the dealership and got the switch, we don't have that truck, the doc fees are higher, the truck price is higher. They blamed me for their web site giving wrong numbers. Its their web site and their truck. I had nothing to do with setting the price. They are crooks.

    Dan Kamer is a great salesman, knowledgeable and professional, no pressure, extremely helpful. Would be 5 stars for customer service, but mix up of communication from finance caused delivery to be delayed, slightly frustrating

    It was an okay experience, they wouldn't budge on the price. Forgive us anymore for our trade, for the car got they had, was a little overpriced. Hertz actually had a better price on the Chevy Camaro I wanted. But also can get approved even after having a $22,000 pre-approval. They still couldn't help... Had a 655 credit I know it's not the best but it's fair should have been able to get something. If approved I definitely would have recommended this place plus I was trying to get four vehicles for me my girlfriend my twin brother and my roommates all needed to get new vehicles. Guess we'll have to figure out a different place.
