    Get a prepurchase inspection!

    It would be a good idea to get a prepurchase inspection of any vehicle purchased from Bill Kay. After approximately 50 miles from our purchase the check engine light came on. The repair cost for this item is over $1,000. I have no way of knowing if they reset the light but it is a strange coincidence that the light came on in under 100 miles. I don't think this dealership can be trusted to tell the truth.

    Bought a used Hyundai Tucson with cosmetic damage, negotiated some work on damage. The agreement was they would repair the damage, but they were up front as to end result. My experience with Terry, Herb and Seville was excellent. They exceeded my expectations.

    Wouldn’t honor online price

    Tried charging 10 grand more even after I showed the online advertisement. This was not a gm advertisement this was their car.com advertisement. He then lied to me about the advertisement saying that it included even the first responder discount. Dishonest and poor service by their management team.

    This dealership was one of the best dealerships i’ve ever gone to. They were fast and really nice people. Tyler was the salesman that helped me look for my vehicle. He’s outstanding at what he does. He was nice and eager to help me get the best deal. This dealership is willing to take the extra step in order to make your experience a great one. I definitely see myself coming back in the future any car shopping.

    Unethical advertising

    I was drawn to the dealership with an add for 2013 Elantra for 5533$ I sent email and dealership called we spoke 3 times and I decided to visit. I drove 25 miles to test drive and made an offer for the car. The sales person went to his manager and came back with a price of 9999$ I asked why?? He told me the price on the website was wrong and that is the price. The manager was quite abrupt and rude. He did not offer an apology or even sort to make a reasonable counter offer. It was a take it or leave it attitude. I understand mistakes are made but how do you deal with it? How the customer feels is important!! I hope none experience this sort of service in the future. This was unethical and misleading advertising.

    If I could give this dealership a zero I will. I taken my car to her to get service by them cause my car was going off at the stop light once I put my car on the gas. I spoke with Chris in the service department and he told me to bring my car in on that Monday July 2, 2018. They going to look at it to see what was going on with it. I called a couple of days later and Chris said they couldn't find nothing at that time. I spoke with the GM warranty department to start a case because Chris acted as if he didn't want to find out what was going on with my car. So I called on Friday to July 6, 2018 to get an update on my car. Chris said they will keep it over the weekend to see if they can find out what's going on. On Monday I called Chris to see what was going on with my car. He told me that the tech was looking at it and he will call me back in a couple of hours. He called to tell me that the battery cable wasn't no good and that was the reason my car was shutting off at the stop light and it will cost me $700.00 plus. I said I am not paying you that. he said let me talk with my manager. He called back to say My manager said we can do it for $317.00 plus dollars. Who goes down on the prices by half. I told him that I will be picking up my car after work. I got my car and had the mechanic at my job to look at my car to find out that it's nothing wrong with my battery cables. So I took it to Roger Auto Group on Thursday July 12, 2018 and was called the next day with what was wrong with my car. My car needed a belt tensioner and a new belt. they replaced it within one day. This place had my car a whole week and didn't even look at my car. if they did, they would of knew what the problem was and for Chris to call me with something that didn't have nothing to do with the problem was not right. I will be calling to see what can be don't about people like Chris in the service department for lying just to make a dollar.
