    I attempted to work directly with the GM John about my experience and he assured me he wouldn't drop the ball. First of all I only agreed that my credit be ran through Volkswagen, yet they ran my credit all over the place then lied. Secondly I was not called back when promised, then I received text messages from several people off the same number, asking me the same questions and giving me different information. Jose assured me I was approved for a vehicle but when I was ready to pay and come pick up my vehicle, they lied and said the bank needed proof of funds but denied my proof of funds, EVEN THOUGH my proof of funds was never presented to the bank AND the bank was not even the bank I submitted nor agreed for my information to be sent to. Brenda the "sales manager" was happy to give me the news since I called the GM and he made her do her job. After this fake denial, I even emailed the GM to clarify and provide proof of income, including tax returns, to no avail he never responded. Overall, poor communication, dishonest, and poor leadership. Oh I forgot to mention, middeal Brenda says my car was sold like 20 mins after she gave me the information I requested about the vehicle. I'm exhausted writing this. Bottom line, I wouldn't recommend this dealership, sorry not sorry.

    I started communicating with Josh Stoll via email. Josh took the time to answer all my questions and also guaranteed that he will give me the best price for the car I was looking for. After visiting the dealership, Josh kept his word and gave me a great deal on a brand new Jetta R Line. I highly recommend working with Josh if you're looking for another car!

    Don't bother

    Disappointing! I communicated via phone and text. I am out of state but found a car I was very interested in and was planning to buy sight unseen based on pictures. Waited a day for pictures that finally came almost 24 hours after first contact and after being told multiple times they were there but they weren't. Sent a text to the salesperson letting her know I wanted to buy the vehicle and asked what I needed to do. She never responded to my asking how to put money down until I could figure out if I was paying cash or my bank was financing. Then I receive a call that they were in the process of selling the vehicle right now. It is so disappointing how lazy people have become. I wasted a bunch of time talking with my bank, the sales person and looking for flights to go pick up the car and she couldn't get off her xxx to get my down payment to buy the car. My only advice is if you are going to be loyal to a salesperson make sure they are loyal to you! Brenda did not care enough about selling the car to bother to communicate in a timely fashion so buyer beware, use someone else at this dealership.

    Purchasing a car during the COVID 19 pandemic could not have been easier with Ricardo. The dealership was clean and working with Ricardo was great! I was very happy with the agreement we came to and he made the process easy and enjoyable. I look forward to seeing how services go in the future. and am excited for the car wash to open back up! Will definitely be recommending the dealership and Ricardo to friends and family! Thank you again-we could not be happier!

    Bait and switch

    I contacted the dealer by email on a Monday to inquire about a new VW. In that email I asked for the total price for the car. They danced around this until Friday when it turns out the car advertised for $20,750 on cars.com is actually $24, 691.20. Wait, what? Some of that was tax, as expected, but $1,500 of it was incentives - $500 for being a new grad, $500 for being a first responder, $500 for some VW company thing. There is nothing about these incentives in the ad, and they were not mentioned in a back and forth with the dealer that went on for a week. So, unless you qualify for these incentives ($500/each)the car actually costs $22,250. Plus another mysterious $1000 in dealer fees, then tax. Anyway, this is just a public service announcement - if they won’t tell you the “ out the door” price right away, it’s because they don’t want you to know it’s $2500 above the advertised price.

    This dealership markets the cars with lot features when you get there you see that most of the features are missing in the car. After the test drive I reported that the car has problem with brakes. Sam the general manager was very angry. Stay away from them big Liars
