    Overall, my experience at Bill Jacobs VW was great! It was my first time purchasing a vehicle myself and they made the process pretty smooth. Very friendly atmosphere and good customer service. It felt kind of genuine, unlike many car dealerships. Much appreciated!

    My husband and I knew exactly what vehicle we wanted and just happened to find it at Bill Jacobs VW. Contacted the dealership through cars.com and Ray Golding responded right away to my questions. He followed up via email and wanted to make sure we had all the info we needed. I never felt pressured or bothered which was appreciated. When we decided to make the trip to look at the vehicle (mind you we live a few hours away) we immediately felt welcomed. Ray was down to earth, trusting, and professional. Brought home our new "toy" and are very happy with our purchase. If in the future, we found another perfect vehicle at this dealership, I'm sure we'd make the long trip again!

    Bought a new GTI from Robert. Second car I've bought from him, and Bill Jacobs. Process was so simple and stress free. I was treated great. Can't recommend them enough. Just get in there and talk to Robert , you won't regret it.

    Thank you Gerardo Martinez-Sales Advisor!!! I had a great experience shopping and buying for a used but still new Jeep Wrangler from Bill Jacobs Volkswagen. Gerardo Martinez made the buying experience seamless. He took his time to answer my questions, made sure that small details are taken care of, such as detailing is done to perfection. From test driving to purchasing, Gerardo made sure that everything got handled and provided continuous feedback and communication.     I attempted to work directly with the GM John about my experience and he assured me he wouldn't drop the ball. First of all I only agreed that my credit be ran through Volkswagen, yet they ran my credit all over the place then lied. Secondly I was not called back when promised, then I received text messages from several people off the same number, asking me the same questions and giving me different information. Jose assured me I was approved for a vehicle but when I was ready to pay and come pick up my vehicle, they lied and said the bank needed proof of funds but denied my proof of funds, EVEN THOUGH my proof of funds was never presented to the bank AND the bank was not even the bank I submitted nor agreed for my information to be sent to. Brenda the "sales manager" was happy to give me the news since I called the GM and he made her do her job. After this fake denial, I even emailed the GM to clarify and provide proof of income, including tax returns, to no avail he never responded. Overall, poor communication, dishonest, and poor leadership. Oh I forgot to mention, middeal Brenda says my car was sold like 20 mins after she gave me the information I requested about the vehicle. I'm exhausted writing this. Bottom line, I wouldn't recommend this dealership, sorry not sorry.

    I started communicating with Josh Stoll via email. Josh took the time to answer all my questions and also guaranteed that he will give me the best price for the car I was looking for. After visiting the dealership, Josh kept his word and gave me a great deal on a brand new Jetta R Line. I highly recommend working with Josh if you're looking for another car!
