    I was nervous. I’d never leased a car before and was on my own. Adam Rich and Ben Perry made it all easy. They know what they’re doing and do it right. When I pulled into the lot, one vehicle caught my eye. I thought, “That’s it.” Though I never mentioned that to Ben, it was the first car he brought out for me to look at. It’s now sitting in my driveway, making me happy every time I look at it.

    Brought in my 2020 Kia Soul that was making a knocking noise when steering. Turned out to just be a jug of maple syrup under my seat, whoops. Didn’t charge me and updated my computer as there was a recall on it. Also washed the outside of my car.

    Had a great experience at Berlin City. I was trying to decide between a Kia Seltos and a Subaru Crossfit. Josh was knowledgeable about both. There was no pressure (I did two test drives over a week while I was deciding). We were able to come to a mutually agreed upon financial arrangement very quickly. They also took the Covid-19 precautions seriously. It was a very safe and friendly place.

    Where do I begin ..... The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any dealership I’ve ever bought a vehicle at, or had a vehicle serviced, not just once but 3 times , every time ,me or my vehicle has been dealing with this dealership. I had a cosigner on my vehicle, they messed up all of my paperwork and made my cosigner as the primary on all of my paperwork, including financing , everything. First mistake (1) It took weeks of time and me having to come back to the dealership and sign paperwork again with my co-signer with both of us yet again missing time from work , all for them to mess up my registration and have my co-signer as the Primary on my registration as well ( a problem still not resolved ) second mistake (2) and I was told they submitted the paper to the dmv to have it changed , all my calls and texts have been ignored by Kyle the finance manager . My first service there . I go in for my First oil change , and who would’ve thought?! I bought a certified preowned vehicle that never had the certified pre-owned vehicle inspection done , number 3 mistake (3) And here comes 4 , I bought a set of used snow tires and rims, I came in at 3 PM to have them put on my vehicle. Unbeknownst to me everything worked except the center hubcap size was different, it would not fit on my vehicle understandably so they tell me they will put those winter tires on my regular rims, sure works for me . Finally at about 5:45, almost 3 hours later they tell me they’re done. Awesome I thought. The customer service specialist tells me one of the four winter tires had a bulging sidewall so I only had three good winter tires, this gentleman continues to tell me that they put three of the 4 tires on and did not notice until the last tire , that the last one was bad. So he tells me they put three winter tires on my car left one of my all seasons on and left it that way. So I was already pissed about that, they should’ve inspected the tires when they had air pressure on the steel rims that I brought them in on that one of them was not usable, but They didn’t inspect the tires before trying to put them on . So here I am thinking I am stuck having to buy one snow tire and have it put on another time, and yet again I was wrong . They did not put any tires on my car. They charged me $60 more than the original 89.95 $ quote I received, and here I am with only my winter tires taken off of the rims I brought them in on , all stuck in my trunk and backseat, with all 4 of my all season tires still on my car, no communication till they were about to close with the service department and dealership , they lied to me about what they did , Hours of my time wasted , 150 wasted dollars and they literally did nothing..... and one of my biggest ever regrets , is buying a vehicle at BERLIN CITY KIA !

    I had a horrific buying experience with berlin city kia and have been trying to get off their mailing/email lists since. You can click on the unsubscribe, you can call them directly, you can file BBB complaints.....the messages just keep coming. RUN from this dealer. Not a single thing they have told me (including that they've removed me from their mailing lists) has been true.
