    Very poor sales experience low trade in offer.

    What a horrible experience. For some reason Bergstrom thinks people want to spend hours at their dealership. I don't have time if I want to purchase a car I want to get it not sit there for hours. My salesman Sean was awful. He would not get to the point and move with the sale. Their trade in price was below KBB on a <3 year old car. Milwaukee and Madison offered me 2000-4000 more on my trade and new how to get most the paperwork done before I even went down there. I have better things to do than watch you talk to other customers while I sit hoping to buy today. Why didn't you run my credit, get numbers and move. I would have drove it home that day but you were too busy chit chating. Horrible. Did not follow up the next day either. The drive to Madison is worth not dealing with your dealership. So disappointing!!!!!!!!!!

    Drove 3.5 hours from Illinois to buy a used car. Sales people would not negotiate on price of used car. Who in their right mind would ever pay the full asking price at a car dealership. Must be some cheese head logic. Nothing but a complete waste of time. On the other hand, if you want to sell your car. Take it to them. They apparently like to over pay for used cars. ( Again cheese head logic) Also, they have plenty of money for advertising ( bill boards and such) and multiple dealerships. But can't come down even a dollar to make a sale. Way to go guys keep up the horrible work.

    Can't Make This Up

    After spending hours researching cars for my sister-in-law we figured out what car would be best for her. Unfortunately we ran out of daylight to pick out a color so she went back to Bergstrom Mazda the following day. She decided on a color and asked for a price. After an hour of being jacked around she called me and I went to Bergstrom to help her. I also ask the guy for a price and he said "if you go with us you can save $500" numerous times. This game went on for 30 minutes the whole time he was not listening and was talking over me. He was clearly operating on his own agenda, not ours. We walked but they sent me a quote a few hours later. Funny thing, the quote was $1000 more than there no hassle pricing tag that was in the car we received a quote on...… When I got home I called Holiday and bought a car over the phone for a better price in 5 minutes. I will never go back to Bergstrom again.

    Tried getting loan wont move off there price. There price goes. Then summit paperwork incorrectly. And then I have to call back to find out I can get into another car that I didn&apos;t want and would not work for my family.

    No respect for people's time!

    After committing to a vehicle I had to wait 2 hours for finance manager. It was already after 5:00 closing with no end in sight it was decided I could take the vehicle the 2 hours I had left to drive home. I was told I would have a call right away on Monday with my exact payment, rate and lender. I didn't receive a call until after 2:30 and found out they were adding the unnecessary gap insurance to my payment for the entire length of my loan!

    I took my 2005 Santa Fe in for smell of gas and reduced MPG. It was a leak in the gas tank. Repair was covered under an extended warranty from Hyundai. Also got to drive a nice rental vehicle for a few days, Very pleased with Bergstrom Hyundai service department.

    This was not one of the greatest car buying experiences that I have had. The biggest complaint is that my family and I were there for 4.5 hours when we pretty much picked out a car within the first 30 minutes. Waiting for the financing took forever and instead of getting the car detailed and filled with gas simultaneously while we waiting we had to wait further for that to be completed after the financing/paper signing was complete. In addition we felt extremely pressured into making a decision that day, pressured into choosing add-ons that increased our monthly payment, and again frustrated at the length of time the entire process took. Looking back now we would definitely rethink our purchase and should have walked away and came back the next day after thinking about things a bit more.

    2016 Mazda 6

    My wife and I bough a Mazda 6 2016. Our sales rep was Marty Hafenbradel. During our first visit Marty was very patient with us and we were not ready to commit to buying the car at that point, as we wanted to talk it over and discuss the deal details, also to see if we can get a better offer else since we were trading in a Mazda 3. Marty was very professional throughout both visits. I called him after we had decided to buy the vehicle and he made the process very easy for us, he also got us a really good deal and taught us some important information about the car. We definitely made the right decision by buying from Bergstrom, our other car was also bought from Bergstrom a year ago and the service was first class then too, and that was what really swayed us to come back to Bergstrom. Overall a very pleasant experience and we are very happy that we made the decision to buy from Bergstrom. Many thanks
