  Paid for oil change and tire rotation. Waited two. Hours. They didn?t rotate tires. The only reason I know was because one tire was missing a valve stem cap and when I went outside to leave I noticed it was still in the same place.

  Amazing

  First time buying a car at a dealership was amazing at Bergstrom! Super easy and really made me feel comfortable that my car was safe and well looked over as it was used! I didn’t feel nervous at all like I thought I was going to be! Defiantly going to be my first choice the next time around!

  Bergstrom Cadillac Neenah is a joke- Don't waste your time with this 3rd rate operation. Lowball trades Sales Mgr as zero energy to sell a new cadillac Don't waste your time

  "Rude"

  Lady at the service department was very rude on the phone! Tried to set up an appointment to get my radio looked at which the appointment never got set up! The lady at the service department kept telling me she couldn't help me because she couldn't find myself or my vehicle in the system! I bought my vehicle from Bergstrom GM of Neenah roughly 2 years ago, just had it in 2 1/2 months ago getting looked but yet they couldn't find my vehicle or me in the system?!?! I'm now going through a more professional location that is actually willing to help!! I will never be back to this location and I doubt I will every buy another vehicle from Bergstrom.

  I emailed them on a car to look at. They called to explain the car isn't available as major problems and going to auction. Then he offered other vehicles trying to help me find a used car I may be interested in. At the time, they didn't have a car; but so appreciated how they reached out to me.

  oil changes

  We where told we had 4 free oil changes -only after the 3rd one was done did they tell us -opps need to pay for this one - Sorry - They should have been upfront & said hey we screwed up .

  We were at Neenah for a funeral - we live in Kansas. Our engine light came on during our trip to Neenah. Mark Bogan and his service team allowed us to be immediately serviced because of our situation. We were also provided with a rental car. Within a few hours of bringing our car in to Bergstom, we received atext message from Mark saying our car was fixed and ready for pickup. Mark handled our warranty issues and we were quickly back on our way. This was perhaps the most polite, quick and most efficient service that I have ever received - especially during a tramatic time for my family. Please give my heart-felt thanks to Mark and the service team.

  Great Experience

  Scott S. was a pleasure to deal with. We purchased 2 new trucks in the past month from him for our business, and he made sure things were simple and easy for us throughout the entire process. Will definitely be giving Scott a call next time we are looking for another vehicle!
