    I was helping my daughter who lives in San Antonio purchase a new VW Jetta. I was greatly assisted by Russ even after I told him that it would be unlikely that my daughter would actually purchase in AZ. Nevertheless, Russ got me information, answered my questions and quoted a price that was extremely competitive. Had my daughter lived in AZ, she would have purchased from Berge VW, but the logistics of buying out of state and the need to ship the car to San Antonio caused her to buy locally.

    I worked with Berge Mazda and Robert Perez on buying a new car for myself. It truly was the best experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle. They really worked with me and my financing and made sure I was in the right car for me. Robert followed up with me several times to let me know where we were at in the process as well as to make sure the vehicle was everything I wanted once the purchase was done. My daughter even purchased her vehicle from Berge and Robert! I will be back when I need another vehicle!

    I purchased a brand new 2017 Mazda3 touring at berge Mazda yesterday and would like to say it was a great experience. I worked with Lance Baldwin and let me tell you he was terrific! He made sure I was comfortable with the whole process and worked with me on every detail as much as possible. It was simple as that. No gimmicks, no games, just a smooth process overall, very helpful and easy. Highly recommend and if you stop in to buy a vehicle or someone to speak to, go see Lance Baldwin!

    Wow! Berge Volkswagen service center guy named Bob Herbold is the most friendliest person there. They treat you like family and always takes care of you. Bought 3 cars from them for this reason. Best experience I've ever had from a service consultant and even dealership.

    I have 2 VWs and have had a total of 4. I have had all of them at one time or another at Berge VW for service. Bob Herbold, my service advisor, has taken excellent care of me and my vehicles. Like others have said, there is no pressure to sell work that was not recommended by the manufacturer. I feel very comfortable recommending them to my family and friends.

    I am new to Arizona from California and recently purchased a brand new 2017 Jetta prior to arriving to Arizona. I have pretty high mileage already based on the distance I drive to and from work and additionally driving here from Northern California. I made an appointment at Berge expecting to be oversold on services and things I didn't need - NONE of that happened. I received amazing service from the service advisor Bob, and felt as if he would always steer me into the right direction and never sell me something I didn't need. I was very impressed and plan to use Berge for all my vehicle needs while here in Arizona. Thank you Berge and Bob for exceptional service.

    I have been to many dealerships in my life (51 yrs) and I went into Berge Mazda with the same expectations. That I would be followed around and pestered and get annoyed with the sales staff. But, holy crap, what happened? I was greeted by Cyndy, she introduced herself and pointed out where each model of the Mazda CX line were located and then she backed off. Right then I was like, HUH? Hahaha that's it? That's when I felt like ok, this isn't so bad here. I asked to see a certain CX9 that I found online and longer story short. She explained everything in the vehicle, explained the difference In other competitors models, explained warranty and financing and didn't once make me feel pressured or annoyed. After deciding to buy that one vehicle I found, it was the fastest, smoothest and easiest vehicle transaction I have ever had. They got me to my price and monthly payment that I was super happy with, every aspect of this transaction was so easy. Look for Cyndy, and I promise you will be ytreated like you should be. I just can't say enough about how perfect this experience was.

    I can't say enough great things about these guys at Berge Volkswagen! I brought my Volkswagen Beetle in 15 minutes before closing b/c my battery died. I thought they were going to tell me to leave my car there and tell me to come back since it was so close to closing. These guys changed my battery very quickly and efficiently. Chris Khars, Nick and Dylan are amazing!!! They were sp pleasant and professional even though they had to stay pass closing to complete the installation. They were wonderful. If you own a Volkswagen, Berge ,Berge, Berge is the word!
