  I was assisting my son buy his first car and, after 3 Saturdays spent shopping (and getting frustrated), we ended up at Benton. Travis Payne told me over the phone that I would not be disappointed and, of course, I was skeptical. I have been buying cars for many years and this was, by far, the best experience I have ever had. Travis brought us a deal that left me speechless and, for me, that rarely happens! It was much lower than I figured it would be and it kept my blood pressure where it should be. It was such a great deal that we accepted it immediately and my son got the car he wanted. I would recommend Travis and Benton without hesitation.

  The gentleman who sold the car to me was very professional and polite. What impressed me the most is he was not trying to force any decisions on me and allowed me to get exactly what I asked for with no hassle. When ever I feel pressured I always stop the deal and shop elsewhere. This associate made me feel very comfortable.

  After looking for, and finding the Titan I wanted through an online search, I was helped, at first, by online associate Shawna and later on by salesman Garrett. Both were knowledgeable and willing to work with me to get me in to a new truck. I plan on keeping my Titan for years to come, but will recommend Benton of Hoover to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. 1st class! I have only purchased 3 vehicles in my lifetime, but this process, by far, was the most fair and respectful.

  I found a car on their website didn't expect much out of it because it was an older vehicle when I saw it it was in immaculate condition had great customer service with the salesman Mark quiz and the finance gentleman by the name of Julius they were very helpful and understanding and willing to work with me because I was legally blind even offering to read every word of every page on the contract that I signed if necessary Would recommend them to anyone I know that is looking to purchase a vehicle had a great experience and will go back if I need to buy another vehicle

  Premium service at a Nissan dealership

  Always treated like a customer in a "premium" brand dealership. Always greeted like I was their number one customer. Got my vehicle serviced and on my way in record time. Can't think of a better dealership in Hoover AL than Benton Nissan.
