    This place is the worst for standing behind the product they sell. No Freon in car they sold to me and my pinky finger has more integrity than the current GM who refused to take care of a problem that didn’t happen when he wasn’t there. They make millions of dollars a year but couldn’t off to even split the bill with me. I’ve told more people my story since it happened. AVOID THIS PLACE!

    Poor Customer Service and Terrible Integrity

    In March of 2019, I found the Honda Pilot I was looking for at Bennett Infiniti in Wilkes-Barre. I never read the terrible reviews of this place but rather just went after the car. Ethan, the salesman, did a decent job of selling me the car and giving me a fair trade in. It's March and it's cold out so I never thought to check the AC. It's now June and my car only blows hot air. There isn't any Freon in the car! I called the Service Manager at Bennett Infiniti and he refused to help me out. $338 and 4 hours spent at Cicoca Honda in Harrisburg, I finally had AC. It's June of this year and I'm driving to work and a mosquito is on the inside of my windshield. I lightly tap it with my wallet and the windshield cracks. Another $100 spent on my insurance deductible. I called Ethan and he said he would do whatever he could to help me. He brings in the General Manager, Brian Brumell, who I talk to for a good 20 minutes. I explain what happened and Brian says he refuses to pay for the windshield because it's my fault even though the Safelite Tech at my house disagrees. Again, I hit it with my wallet, not a pick ax. I tell Brian that I'm sure his dealership makes millions of dollars and would it really hurt his bottom line to help me out? I also asked him how he would like it if he purchased a car and it didn't have Freon in it? No response. The conversation got heated so I backed off and apologized. Brian tells me to send him the invoice from Ciocca and he will see what he can do. I did so and have to ask every day for three days what the verdict is. Finally, I get ahold of them and Brian refuses to do anything. I explain again what happened and how I've never had a Honda experience like this before. He doesn't budge and says, "Dave, we could keep going round and round on this." I hung up because I had more important things to do than to listen to a man with no integrity. I don't think Brian ever indented to help me out so I'm going to help others out and say, "DON'T SHOP HERE!" There are too many negative reviews for anyone to waste their time dealing with such poor customer service.

    Horrible experience. Made an appointment to look at a vehicle, when we arrived they were taking someone else on a test drive of the same vehicle at my exact appointment time. Made us wait and fill out paperwork, came back and said vehicle was sold. Never offered us a test drive or any other vehicle options. Stood up and said thank you for coming in.

    I went there to see a 2016 Q70L , as soon as I seen the car ....I was impressed...then the salesman Tim R. Came too help me right away within minutes I was out on a test run ... I came with my 2013 M37x... after the drive the next step was too give me my number on my car for trade (price) they gave me exactly what I wanted without telling them what I wanted...Nevertheless......I was greatly impressed with all they did. For me I VERY MUCH RECOMMEND THEM TOO ANY AND EVERYONE....see Tim R.

    Purchased a 2008 Infiniti QX56 with low miles. Thanks to Nick and his team who picked my parents up from the airport in Philly after flying in from South Carolina.     Highly recommend Erika our saleswoman. She was very committed to selling us the vehicle we wanted. We have 2 children and she enabled us to start the buying process from the comfort of our home. We exchanged phone calls throughout the day previous to our purchase. Erika went above and beyond to make our purchase a great experience from beginning to end. Hugo the sales manager also was great to work with. Payment options were all explained thouroughly and we were able to pick the best option that suited us. We highly recommend this dealership!

    Was shopping around for a used vehicle and came across one on their lot. All emails and communications were quick and courteous. I had the pleasure of dealing with Paul Green. I found him to be very professional, informative and personable. After receiving a solid deal , I was pleased with the selling process. It did take a bit as there were a few buying but in the meantime I enjoyed hot coffee, a cookie and some tv to pass my time. I was always treated with respect and was glad to do business here.     The place is just a level above most dealership. There's an air of exclusivity here that put you in a different mindset. I use the term"upscale" because once you step inside it's evident it's just a higher caliber sort of place, where you know you're never going to be buying a sub-par auto. I guess there's a higher trust factor. These guys showed me the car, let me test drive it, and had the loan approval done without a hitch- got there 5:30pm and everything was completed, and I had the car next morning by 11:30 (would've been same day if I got there earlier). Also, It was the only dealership within a 50 mile radius that had my Altima SL in gunmetal gray with leather, nav, and sunroof! Highly recommend.
