    Fantastic service department

    Upon my arrival at the service center, I was immediately welcomed by Mark, who then proceeded to check my car with a computer pad. We went inside and Mark informed me of what my car needed. This service department is fantastic, they work, and repair your car as if it was like their own. All my repairs are always done right the first time. Since I had doctor appointments that day, Mark provided me with a loaner car, and in a few minutes I was on my way. Later in the day Mark called me to let me know my car was finished. I drove back to the dealership where Mark completed all the paperwork and then walked me out to my car. I was astonished when I saw my car. It had been washed, and vacuumed inside. It looked brand new. This service department certainly gives you the red carpet treatment, and treats you like a VIP. I highly recommend this service department to everyone.

    Found a car on Carfax that was located at Bennett. We were passing through Allentown on our way back to NJ and stopped by. It was after 8PM on a Monday evening. I had contacted them through Carfax to let them know we would be stopping by and which car I was interested in. Xavier was waiting for our arrival and greeted us as we entered the dealership. After the test drive I agreed to buy the car. Not having planned on buying a car that night I was totally unprepared. Working with the Xavier and the rest of the team they took care of everything and at two and a half hours later I was driving my new car off the lot. They were all wonderful even at 10:30 PM. I still had 2 hour drive home but I smiled all the way.

    Go see Xavier at Bennett Infiniti

    I had been thinking about a new car when I conveniently received a call from Tara at Bennett Infiniti of Allentown. I brought my first Certified Pre-Owned Infiniti, a Q50 from Bennett 4 years ago and I have been going to them for all of my vehicle maintenance since. I had particular requirements for both features and cost and frankly wasn't convinced I need to replace my current car. Tara made it easy to come in and consider my options. She pointed out if I did not find what was right for me they could schedule an appointment to get my Q50 state inspected while I was there since it was due this month. When I arrived, Xavier Diaz introduced himself, Xavier listened to my needs and talked me through some different options. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the different models and warranty plans; Infiniti has to offer. We agreed that a certified pre-owned Q60 coupe might fit the bill. Xavier retrieved the Q60 and spent time going over the car with me. Since I have a Q50 and the setup is similar, I thought I knew everything, but Xavier pointed out a few updates and things I did not even know. We took a test drive, and all I can say is awesome! We returned to the dealership to figure out if finances would work. Xavier and I discussed my needs, and he worked out the numbers. I still was not sure I was ready to get into a new loan, but he walked me through the implications, got me a fair value for my trade, and we shook hands on the deal. Xavier clearly explained what would happen next introduced me to Matt Dancsecs who would work with me to complete all the required paperwork. Within 45 minutes I had the keys to my new. The whole experience from appointment to delivery was flawless. Tara made sure I got connected with Xavier, Xavier got me the car I wanted at the price I was willing to pay and Matt got me through the paperwork as quickly as possible. I've never brought a second car from the same dealer, but my experiences with Bennett from my first experience four years ago to today has been outstanding.     I had a review posted 2 days ago, they took it down probably due to horrible experience with the Manager, lack of customer service, I posted everything on here and it's gone, guess they really do not want the truth out there.

    Avoid this dealership! Bait and Switch

    Contacted this dealer earlier this week about 2006 Suburu Tribeca B9 for $5995 as I was in the market for second car to drive in bad weather. After submitting application, they told me that the car was no longer available but wanted to get me in another car. I told I was NOT interested as I was looking at this particular car model and price. On Friday, the manager call me to ensure me that the car was indeed available and I told her that I would drop by to test drive the car. Nevertheless, when I showed up, the sale person was available to see me and I was told that the car was sent to auction. A classic "bait and switch" and immediately tried to sell me an Outback priced at 32K! Wasted hours driving to dealership that I can never get backed

    Great experience

    I was in the market for a new car when I came across a vehicle similar to to what I was looking for at Bennets. I was very reluctant to purchasing a used car based on prior experience with salespeople misrepresenting the condition of vehicles. After much effort from Chris, including but not limited to additional close up pictures, video calls, and a detailed explanation of every flaw.. I decided to purchase the vehicle. The risk was all on me considering I live in Indiana and had to fly to Allentown but I felt like I was getting honest representation. The sales manager Will also got involved and spoke with me confirming everything I was told. Needless to say, I was quite sceptical. When I arrived at the dealership they pulled the vehicle inside and dried it off (it was raining) so I could do a complete and thorough inspection. The car was exactly as described.. I saw nothing on the vehicle that wasn't previously disclosed. I completed all of the paperwork with Will and he was very transparent with everything from interest rate to vehicle history. It was a pleasurable buying experience and I am very difficult to please. I would recommend communicating with either Will and or Chris if your contemplating a vehicle purchase at Bennets. First class experience.
