    I was having a bad problem with one of my rims on my Toyota Corolla. I had purchased the extra Toyota Insurance protection for the rims. That insurance company, in typical insurance company fashion, was refusing to cover the damaged rim. Fortunately, Scott Hugget, the Service Director at the dealership, in a very professional and caring fashion, analized the problem and was able to locate a rim that we could switch for my vehicle. He went above and beyond with his service. He even installed and balanced my new rims to make up for the bad service provided! Scott Huggett is truly a customer service hero.

    The worst experience

    Larry the sales guy was amazing! I think he is actually way to good for this dealership. What started as taking my mom to purchase a new car turned into a nightmare after my mom decided on the car she wanted. The finance people that work here are so grimy, including the most grimy of them all, the finance director. My moms credit score is pushing 800 and the rate they provided was 5.9%. We are not uneducated people and we know what the score should qualify for so we declined the financing as a loan was secured via a local bank. This is when the director was brought out to push the financing again. He set the tone by making a rude comment about my human rights tattoo and from there it was game on. This grimey xxx "Director" tried every trick in the book... including trying to charge my mom for all the options the car already had.. it was almost an extra 5000k on top the sticker price. At one point he told us if you want the sticker price I will de certify the car..which I question if this is even legal. The worst part was this "Director" (White Bald Caucasian) is that he talked about his dead mother while trying to sell us the car.. she must be so proud! All in all we rufused everything they threw at us until we got exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted. I felt bad for my mom cause what should have been such and exciting experience was so stressful for her. This car buying experience is exactly why dealerships as we know them to be will be obsolete in 10 years with all the Millennial startups like Carvana/TrueCar.. etc. They know how consumers want to be treated and they know their time is valuable. If you shop at this dealership be ready to fight for your rate and price as well as being insulted and lied to by someone who is a "Director". He was not able to rip this xxx off, please don't let him rip you off! PS GIVE LARRY A RAISE!!! HE WAS AMAZING AND SO FUNNY!

    Awful dealership

    Well this dealership has been awful to deal with. My husband and I live out of state. My husband inquired about a Roush F-150 truck they had. Jerry- the first sales guy, did take my husband serious and stopped responding to my husbands emails. They blocked my husband from emailing them after 4 emails being unanswered by Jerry. Next sales guy was Danny, spent 2 weeks talking to this guy and still we got nowhere. They lied to us about sending the truck to the auction, where, according them, they’d get more for it then we were willing to pay. So since we were getting nowhere with Danny, we went above him to Ty, Cora and Stacy Barnett who is the general manager still, they gave of the run around. Meanwhile all this bs is going on, we had transport inline to pick the truck up, a check for $33K on our dinning room table for 2 weeks written out to them, a credit card in hand at all times in case they called for the deposit. We even sent pictures of the check it to the dealership to show them that we were serious. Still no one, not one person there took us seriously. When Danny finally came around and said ok let’s make a deal, all of the sudden someone walks in interested in the truck. After and hour and a half waiting to hear back from Danny, we get a text saying “the truck is yours. Going to grab a bite to eat and I’ll take your deposit when I get back”. Well as you might think, within that 30 mins of him getting a bite to eat, the buyer buys the truck out from under us and it was gone, all the dealership property. After pleading with management about how we had everything inline, everything ready to go for 2 weeks, they tell us “well we get tirekicers all the time from out of state so you need to understand where we are coming from”, they just chacked it up to “well it’s your loss, sorry about your luck“ We had even agreed to pay more then the sticker and we still lost the truck after a month of going back and forth with 4-5 different sales manager and sale people. We were anything but “tire kickers” we were ready to sign the papers 2 weeks ago. They don’t deserve to be in business. Buyer Beware. This people are worthless. I just pray that the owner of the dealership sees this and actually does something. Pathetic excuse for a business.

    I recently purchased a 2016 Toyota Tundra. I was greeted by Jordan Pyle, your internet salesman. He walked me through all the used Tundras in stock and explained all the options on each one. He was a true gentleman and made the buying process a pleasure. He is an asset to Bell Road Toyota.

    My wife and I went out looking for a used car and came upon Bell Toyota. After a few minutes, our salesperson (Angela Picze, pronounce peazy) was right there to answer any questions we had. After looking at a few vehicles, we chose the ‘17 Corolla. Angela helped us throughout the process, was very professional in her approach and we were sold ! If you are looking for a well kept and serviced vehicle, this is the place to go. I would hope that those reading this will go see what they have to offer, and look for Angela even if you have to wait for; well worth the time.

    Great and painless car buying experience!

    Im not one to write reviews, but I'll write one for this dealership and experience any day! First off, I had had a horrible experience at another dealership the day before coming to Bell Road Toyota. Once I was there the difference was night and day. I worked with Tito and he made the whole process a breeze. Pricing was straightforward; I asked what fees and addons were, and he told me what they were and how much. He was honest, played no games, and was fun to talk to and be around. Finishing up, finance was a fast and painless, no games, and they managed to beat my pre-approval financing. I drove 30 extra miles to visit this dealership and I'd do it again.
