  My daughter wanted to buy an AWD vehicle for the winters in Spokane but she'd never purchased a vehicle before. I live out of state so, I called Becker and worked out a good deal on a new Buick Encore for her before flying to Washington to help her through the process. Mickey at Becker was friendly and easy to work with. He also had everything ready when we arrived so we were in and out very quickly. This was one of the easiest car-buying experiences I've had and my daughter is ecstatic with her new Encore.

  I would not recommend buying from Becker Buick. While my purchase experience, and the Salesman was pleasant, the vehicle was not. I payed 15k cash for a ford f-150. I had problems with it within 30 days of purchase. Now if you are like me, you would think that paying 15k for a vehicle means, you wont have thousands of dollars of repair work to pay within 30 days of ownership. Boy I was wrong. I provided them receipts of repair work I already had done, and estimates for even more work needing to be done. They declined to help me in anyway. This shows everyone that they do not stand behind their product. Beware if you plan to spend 15k or better on a vehicle there. I would go somewhere else. I have spent allot less on a better vehicle with no issues before.

  This is an excellent dealership! Whether it's the sales, service, or parts you need this staff is very knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions. I've bought my last two vehicles here and I can't think of a better service or parts staff around!!

  We don't buy a new car very often so it is somewhat stressful. The salesperson, Paul Guffin, was about as laid back and no stress as from most sales people. He was knowledgeable, friendly and no pressure. Sergei, sales manager, even accepted a personal check for several thousand dollars with no questions. Sam, in parts, was very informative about accessories available and service. I would highly recommend this family owned business.
