    2015 Dodge Charger

    I purchased my 2015 Doge Charger new at Bayird. This was the third vehicle I have purchased at Bayird. I took my car in for warranty repair and got the usual runaround I have mostly always gotten with Bayird’s service Department. After they tried to straight out lie to me and tell me the car had NO issues, I had a pretty heated discussion with the service manager. He finally admitted the car did not seem to be running right and that the 3.6l pentastar was know to have a cylinder head issue. They kept the car overnight and called the next day and said it was ready. To no surprise they had done nothing to the car and failed to repair it. I took the car 227 miles to a dealer in St Louis and immediately they found the problem. The car had a cylinder head issue, and had to have a new head. The new dealership made all repairs right away and my car runs like new. I was told I should use another dealership because I had left Bayird a bad review. So here is another one for you! I will NEVER again do business with Bayird. Buyer Beware: you will receive horrible service at Bayird. All they are concerned with is making a Sale. I would give Zero stars if I could.

    I have bought vehicles here and sent family and friends here. Always a good experience. I go for service here as well. Jon Moore is a busy man but always makes the deal happen. He works hard and puts in alot of hours but it is his passion!! His love for the business and his love for his customers make him Superman! Talk about a multi tasking salesman. It blows me away. Five stars are not enough! Love this place! I will buy another vehicle in the next year or so.

    Jon Moore at Bayird has always been good to me. I’ve bought all my vehicles there and if I’ve ever had a problem he has made sure it was taken care of. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

    They can not communicate between one another to figure things out. I bought a new vehicle and was told they would do a few little things that we had worked out in the deal. After almost a year they finally got everything done. Every time I asked what was going on it was always the same excuse of sorry there was a miscommunication. Even a simple oil change is a hassle there. I wish I had bought from some other place. This place is not professional and does not pay attention to detail.

    Very friendly staff, Randy was very helpful and attentative. Mason Knight knocked it out of the park getting all of the paperwork done very impressed with his friendly personality and helpfulness would definitely do business with him again. Only issue I had was waiting around on West Plains to let me know if I could have the car I wanted... thanks to the Paragould staff I did!! ¿

    Unfortunately once again I'm so unimpressed with the miscommunication and unwillingness to do the correct thing by the service department I recommend not dealing with them it's been a truly bad experience. No communication between departments unwillingness to make their mistakes correct after the sales no one feels the need to acknowledge you or the problem unless you have $100 for them to correct even their mistakes
