    I had an appointment to purchase a truck with the dealership, and when traveled 5 hours in order to do so. I was told that the vehicle I was interested in had been picked up and sent to auction a hour before I arrived. Very disappointed in the lack of communication between the staff that led to a massive waste of my time. I would not recommend buying from this dealership.

    I had an appointment to look at a vehicle to purchase, with lots of communication from the salespeople beforehand. I had some time and came a day early to look at it and was told it had been sent to auction that morning. The next day (of my appointment) I was contacted AGAIN and told the car was ready to view for my appointment. They either lie to get you to the lot or are unorganized to a point of being unprofessional. The only concern they showed for the mishap was that the salesperson I spoke to wasn't able to convince me to buy a different car.

    prices advertised are not honored. play all sorts of tricks to convince me that that was a error blah blah... go next door to jim glover. they seem reasonable compared to this sh*t show where they will say anything to get you to come in!

    we agreed on a price before driving there but they hiked the price when you got there. after almost an hr of negotiating with them, we gave up and left. Go to Jim glover as they will honor the price they advertise and agree upon. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

    Agreed upon a price but that changed once we got there. Good cop bad cop salesmen drama was so obvious. We decided to go elsewhere. Jim Glover dodge has so much better people

    False Advertising - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

    This dealership is an absolute joke. They totally believe in false advertising. The ad on the vehicle I was considering was full of lies. First off they would not honor the advertised price online. After a week of negotiating they added multiple “requirements” to get that price and ultimately raised the price by $5k. In addition to pricing issues, the vehicle was advertised as Accident Free, only after did they disclose it was in an accident 2 months prior and had still not been fixed. Lastly beware of their mileage postings. The vehicle was advertised with just over 10k of mileage originally and after calling them to verify the vehicle had over 17k miles. This was an absolutely terrible experience - Do NOT waste your time with this dealer.

    Shady sales tactics.

    The on-line advertising is misleading as to the actual price of the vehicle. When you call them out on this shady behavior the sales staff claims the "fine print" in the ad discloses the ridiculous requirements of the bait and switch tactic. Avoid this place or you may end up wasting an a few hours that are better spent at a dealership with honest pricing and sales.

    Best Dealersip Experience Ever!!!

    Went in to get our truck serviced and ended up getting a great deal on a newer truck. We ended up with even more options in our new vehicle and a better deal than we expected. Everyone was very friendly and from the time we drove into the parking lot until we left, it was about 3 hours. Financing was very quick and efficient! Fastest we've ever made it out of a dealership when purchasing a vehicle. Thanks Gary and Brian for making the purchase of our new truck hassle free!

    Horrible avenue for a buyer

    Horrible experience. Bought a car from them in December of 2017 and found out the warranty they sold me was pretty much useless, they jacked up the interest rate to where I'm paying $18,000 for a 2008 Dodge Nitro, and they lied to me saying they would fix the CD player and never did. Absolute worst place to buy a car. And their mechanics do not know how to work on a car at all. Oh yeah, and they didn't release my car to me after it was purchased because they said the heater didn't work. Now, I found out from my father who is a ASE certified mechanic that the AC won't hold a vacuum and that it is most likely coming from the HVAC box because nothing else is leaking. Which makes sense, because that's what they replaced. I'm so mad at this point that I don't even want to bring the vehicle back to them to look at it because I know they will tell me the warranty doesn't cover that either. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE
